Free Music Review: My son amazes his classmates with what he has learned!

My first grade son's teacher is constantly amazed at my son's knowledge -- much of it gained from this School House Rocks CD. He knows the preamble to the constitution by heart, can count by threes, and knows the definition of nouns and adjectives when no other first grader in his class does. This is all due to singing these great songs in the car. I wish there were more editions of this CD with more of the great songs!Free Music Review: Best of Schoolhouse Rock

My daughter needed to learn the Preamble for school and was having problems learning it because it happens to be quite lengthy. I remembered hearing it when I was a little girl on tv and singing along with it which made it much easier to learn. She got extra credit for being the first to learn it in her class and we let the teacher know that the cd was available if they needed it for other children in the class.Free Music Review: Excellent

As A teacher, I believe that each and every student in my 3rd grade class benifits from this video. I have seen child after child humming the tunes to, "unpack your adjectives" and "I'm just a Bill". Even As A teacher I learn from these videos. I love the music mixed with the wit and humor of it. I think that we could all learn a little by watching "SchoolHouse Rock!"Free Music Review: great for DJs!

I am a DJ and, believe it or not, use this CD all the time. A fun thing to mix in, to lighten things up a bit. As mentioned in other reviews here, there is a lot of stuff that has been left off. If you really want everything, get the box set, because that is pretty complete. For most people though, this will work. It certainly works for me.Free Music Review: Schoolhouse rock ROCKS!

I really enjoyed listening to the CD. It brought back so many memories of Saturday morning cartoons as a child. Surprisingly, I remembered most of the lyrics and in my mind's eye, I saw the cartoons that went with the songs. What a wonderful experience! As a new mother, I can't wait until she is old enough to sing along.
