Free Music Notes for Cool YuleFree Music Review: Love Bette Hit: 5 Stars
I have always loved Bette , but I don't know if she ever had a Christmas album, so when I heard about it on T V , I could not wait to buy it.
No stores at the time had it, and I could barely wait.
It arrived the day before Christmas, I almost missed the season for listening to Christmas music, and this was a year I truley needed some lifting up.
THIS ALBUM WAS AWESOME
THANK YOU BETTE MIDLER
Free Music Review: It is Cool Yule with Bette Hit: 5 Stars
Love Bette Midler.. I think she is a very versatile performer, stage/concert, movies, vocalist, actress, etc...
this sampling of standard christmas songs is a great mix, and her new song "cool yule" is one I have not heard before, but is sure to become a holiday classic. I have several of her cd's and this addition to my collection really puts the star on the christmas tree!
I highly recommend this cd.
Free Music Review: The Best Christmas with the Divine Ms. M Hit: 5 Stars
Cool Yule was not your tipacal Christmas music. It was the greatest! Ms. M continues to never fail us with her extreme energy. Every song had a purpose to remind us, to uplift and keep you in the Merry Spirit in the stressful season. Loved to go back to my car after hectic shoppping and be revived my Bette. Her music has it's own energy that just lifts you up! It was the newest and best of the Divine Ms. M!!
Free Music Review: ONE OF THE BEST CHRISTMAS CD's EVER!!! Hit: 5 Stars
I own a lot of Christmas music and this is one of the absolute best - not a bad song in the bunch! She is clearly having a blast on the "fun" songs - her duet with Johnny Mathis is adorable! The more somber songs and hymns are properly reverent and moving and her Christmas version of "From a Distance" will bring tears to your eyes... this is everything a Christmas cd should be! ENJOY!
Free Music Review: Cool Yule Definitely Cool Hit: 5 Stars
Bette strikes again. This is definitely different. Bette does so much up-tempo in her other work, yet here are many ballads. I particularly like that these familiar songs are full song renditions, verse included, unlike so many Christmas cds where only the chorus is sung to get more titles on the disc. And her home state Mele Kamikimaka rendition is terrific.
