I bought this album when it first came out. Every song on is a pure gem. Bette introduced me to John Prine's "Hello in There". She sings it with great pathos. I also love her versions of "Do You Want to Dance" and "Am I Blue". The best song on this album for me is her rendition of "Delta Dawn". This eclectic mix of songs, ranging from uptempo versions of Friends, a rich ballad of Delta Dawn and the stunning Do You Want to Dance, make this an excellent album.
