OMG!!! I have been following Beyonce for a while and I was a little scared to go get this CD after B Day. I am so glad I did - The "I AM" side is truly flawless - how do I know --because my husband ask to copy the "I AM" side. I said hell no,get your own! It's official I am once again a fan!! The Sasha side is fierce and funny. People really need to stop over anyalizing stuff and just have a good time. Music is supposed to take us away, bob our heads and think of having a good time. Beyonce does this and so much more and she does it well!!! If you don't have it-- go get it - this CD truly shows that Mrs. Carter has changed into a woman - complex, unsure at times, afraid of being lonley but knowing her worth as a DIVA !! Two words,"Ava Maria" OMG! I was in tears!!!Free Music Review: I Am... THE BEST!!!!!!!!

I've been a fan of Beyonce for some time now, and she shocks me every time. Now i'll admit the album had to grow on me and B'day to me is still the best, but I Am...Sasha Fierce is good stuff! Up first I Am... the more slower songs, they're intimate and personal and i can relate. They're also beautifully sung, she hasn't lost her touch for slower tracks, Halo, Disappear, Broken-hearted Girl, Ave Maria and Smash Into You are some highlights. You can hear her like you never have before, take everything in, the music, her vocals and the lyrics and there it is. Now for the Ms. Sasha Fierce, fell alittle short to me, but still different, highlands being, Diva, Sweet Dreams, Video Phone and Ego. She still keeps it rolling. Was a bit let down with B'day but THIS ALBUM RIGHT HERE IS SIMPLY AMAZING!
THIS IS HER BEST ALBUM TO DATE AND I AM SOOOOOO GLAD THAT I PURCHASED IT!
THE BEYONCE SIDE OF THE ALBUM IS PURE HEAVEN!
I LOVE THIS TYPE OF MUSIC! SHE MIXED SOUL WITH ROCK AND COUNTRY AND I AM REALLY IN AWE!

I have to admit this is the first Beyonce' CD I have in my collection. Given as a Christmas Gift, it was requested after hearing the song "I am a boy." I am...Sasha Fierce is a deluxe edition including The I AM CD and the Sasha Fierce CD. The I AM CD is amazing. Musically well done. Songs include I am a Boy, Ava Maria, Halo...the list goes on. Every song on that side is a hit. One of her songs reminds you of a song by the artist Jewel. I believe she has captured a broader audience with this CD.
The Sasha Fierce CD is just okay. With only one or two songs that are worth hitting the repeat button, I would still recommend it because of the price its like getting two CDs for the price of one.

As a true lover of music, I must say that Beyonce truly has created an album for mature music lovers. With anything, be it a career or a talent, it is important to expand your horizons and push limits, which is exactly what I Am...Sasha Fierce does. The fact that she is NOT doing the same thing shows her creativiy and maturity as an artist, although the songs could have probably been placed on one album, I think the idea was somewhat creative. Overall, the CD does have a different, yet unique, sound. It is different from "Dangerously In Love" and "B'Day", which speaks for her growth as a woman and an artist. If you are looking for something new and fresh...buy the album.
