Free Music Notes for Why Is There Air AlbumFree Music Review: Everything you expect from Cosby... Hit: 4 Stars
Why is There Air? is a brilliantly written and performed effort from the original master of wit, Bill Cosby. This album is a reflection of a career that has affected thousands for almost forty years! Why is There Air? is an extremely entertaining CD, and every track has the suttle but hilarious jokes we have come to expect from Cosby. My personal favourite tracks are Driving in San Fransisco, where Cosby talks of the stop sign at the top of a steep hill, and Hofstra, the story of Cosby's days playing football for a hopeless second-string Temple side. What makes Cosby so good is his ability to be funny without swearing at all, a skill that is only shown by one modern comic, the equally talented Jerry Seinfeld. Why is There Air? is a simple album to understand and enjoy, and the great effort by Warner Brothers to re-create the live atmosphere of a recording from 1965 makes Bill Cosby a joy to listen to. A must-have album for any fan of stand-up comedy!
