If you like the above bands, or any muxture of them, this is a great CD. The music is fresh, ninety-ized by the Crowes. A bit of hair band nonsense creeps in, a bit of punk snarl, a whole lotta Southern attitude, and a bluesy dignity keeps the CD running smooth and flawless.

If you want highlights, well the Crowes reached saturation play on Mainstream Rock radio with She Talks to Angels, Jealous Again, Twice As Hard, and Hard to Handle. Two other songs stick out as worth repeatable on the CD player- Sister Luck, a straight blues song, and Stare It Cold, a hard driving rocker that clinches the CD as a classic. Shake Your Moneymaker is Refreshing Rock and Roll with no holds barred, a gritty and raucous masterpiece. To top it off, no song needs to be skipped over.
