Free Music Notes for Winter CarolsFree Music Review: Traditional songs played in true form Hit: 5 Stars
Blackmore's Night does a wonderful rendition of traditional Christmas carols and a couple of well-known church songs too. This has become an integral part of my music for the Christmas season. For those of you not sure about this band after a flop like "Village Lanterne" I assure you they are back in great form.
Free Music Review: I wish they played in my town... Hit: 5 Stars
I have adored this band since a college friend played "Shadows of the Moon" for me. I like to play their albums as I drive to my volunteer job at the Renaissance faire. As a rule, I get tired of Christmas music way before the big day but I could listen to this particular collection a long, long time.
Free Music Review: Best holiday CD in years Hit: 5 Stars
Once again Richie Blackmore, Candice Night and there band of minsterals have captured the essence of the renaissance period, The song selection, arraingments and pure talent of this band makes for the best holiday CD to come out in years. Queen Elizabeth 1 would have been pleased.
Free Music Review: Best Holiday Music out there Hit: 5 Stars
I am a huge fan of Blackmore's Night but also a huge fan of holiday music. And this fills the gap out there. All the songs are fantastic, with their own design woven into the music. Would heartily recommend this for a person looking for an excellent holiday CD to sing along with.
Free Music Review: Winter Carols Hit: 5 Stars
We accidentally stumbled across this cd and only wish that we could see Blackmore's Night in Canada. We find their music enjoyable and refreshing. We will definitely be looking to add more of their works to our collection.
