While Dylan is without doubt one of the outstanding songwriters of our times, this CD is overall disappointing: You expect a lot, and what you find is that it's hard to stay attentive all the way. Overall, little is really captivating here: Too many slow songs that tend to sound repetitive, and that goes for the lyrics, too. Only one or two songs really get you.
