Free Music Review: Stupid and boring, eh? Seger is the legend

The way I see it: if you're not singing dance songs with simple lyrics, then you are going to make it as a musician who writes and performs his own songs. Bob Seger had been plugging since 1963 and had paid his dues with poor selling albums, save one fluke hit with Ramblin Gamblin Man in 1969, until he broke out in 1976 with his classic double live disc Live Bullet. It took him 13 years to break out and once Seger did, he never looked back(every disc since Live Bullet has gone either Gold or Platinum or Multi-Platinum) unlike Turdran Turdran, whom can't pull off anything these days and got dropped by Capitol, unlike Bob Seger(whom is still with them). So what if Turdran Turdran won a lifetime achievemt award at the BRIT awards. And what did Seger get? Better, he got inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame(which is more sacred than either a stinking Grammy or Brit Award). Back to Against the Wind, this record is a classic which hit #1 displacing Pink Floyd's The Wall with classics like The Horizontal Bop, the title cut, You'll Accompany Me, Fire Lake and many others. Get any of Seger's albums from Beautiful Loser to The Distance(which are all good).
