I thought "Sinatra at the Sands" was the best live CD I'd ever heard. This is one is right up there with it! It's just as good. I wanted this CD based on the reviews of it here at Amazon.com, and they were all true. This is Bobby Darin at his best. What an awesome talent! My favorite is his version of Ray Charles's "I Got A Woman." He always could belt out R&B songs. Also listen for "Dream Lover" ( just listen as he talks to the little 8 year old girl in the audience.) If you weren't there, listening to this CD will make you feel like you were right there in the audience. IT'S WONDERFUL!Free Music Review: Best live performance I've heard!

This CD presents the best live performance I have heard of any entertainer. Darin swings, Darin rocks, Darin croons, Darin sings the blues, Darin plays the vibraphones and the piano, and, most of all, Darin entertains! As the CD packaging shows, Darin received rave reviews for this performance from show biz greats such as George Burns and Sammy Davis Jr. (Davis often said that Darin was the only entertainer he refused to follow.)Wow! This half-hour plus performance goes by in the snap of a finger. What a show!

I love this CD! Bobby Darin's energy, musical talent, and sense of humor really shine. I listen to this CD over and over, and never tire of it. The way he interacts with the audience is wonderful. My favorite songs are "Love for Sale," (it's so sultry), and his "Swing Low..." medley-- it reminds me of Judy Garland opening with this song in one of her TV programs. Bobby Darin was such an incredible, original, brilliant musical talent. I like this CD because it makes me feel like I'm there.Free Music Review: Best Live Darin CD

This cd is perfect, You feel as if its 1960 and you are sitting in the third row at the Copa with your lady and your beverage of choice listening to the next Frank Sinatra with some pop,rock and standards throw in for good measure. From "Come Home Bill Bailey to the live standards between. This CD is the closet live setting you can actually feel. This is a MUST FOR ALL DARIN FANS.
