Free Music Notes for These DaysFree Music Review: Great CD Hit: 5 Stars
After listening to Crush four times a week since July, I got this album for Christmas. I was sure I was going to be disappointed because I never heard of any of these songs! I was mistaken. This album is fantastic. There is a proper mix of hard and soft songs, and they manage to come off moody without sounding preachy, angsty, or whiny. The slow songs will stay with you and you'll want to sing along with the catchy phrasing of their faster ones. My favoites are "Something to Believe In" and "This Ain't A Love Song." I highly recommend this album.
Free Music Review: deeper side of bon jovi Hit: 5 Stars
This album is a deeper side of Bon Jovi and it's also one of the best on my opinion.
Songs like Hey God, My Guitars Lies Bleeding In My Arms, It's Hard Letting You Go, Something To Believe In, and Diamond Ring has very deep lyrics. And This Aint A Lovesong is a very sad lovesong as it says on the title.
The only songs that really has a typical Bon Jovi sound is Something For The Pain, This Aint a Lovesong is a typical Bon Jovi ballad, and Heart's Breaking Even and Lie To Me as well.
But I like this album even though if it has a deeper sound.
Free Music Review: Packed with powerful ballads!!!! Hit: 5 Stars

This may be my favorite Bon Jovi album. Bon Jovi has put out a lot of uptempo, Pop type albums. This album is loaded with emotional ballads, and those are my favorite type of songs. This album will make you feel!
The following are my favorites, all powerful ballads with great lyrics and emotion!!!
My Guitar Lies Bleeding In My Arms
This Ain't A Love Song
Lie To Me
Something To Believe In
These Days
What It Takes
It's Hard Letting Go
Diamond Ring
Free Music Review: Bon Jovi's Best Album, Even Better Hit: 5 Stars
THESE DAYS, which is already Bon Jovi's best album, is even better remastered. The band sounds here like East Jersey's answer to all the great Southern rock bands of the 70s, which is not surprising when you consider Jon Bon Jovi's belief, shared with those bands, that the young Australian tourist jailed in Indonesia for drug-smuggling was unjustly convicted, which, along with his advocacy of increased funding for law enforcement, makes this album an essential purchase for both your ears AND your conscience.
Free Music Review: My favorite Bon Jovi album! Hit: 5 Stars
The lyrics on this album are eloquent. When "This Ain't a Love Song" was fairly new, it reminded me of camp. "Something to Believe in" is an excellent song to sing to oneself during hard times. "These Days" (the song) has not only great lyrics, but THE BEST INTRO KNOWN TO MAN!
This CD is severely underrated; "Damned" is the only song that gets any play at all. It is true that you won't find the lightest, happiest Bon Jovi music here, but the emotion in These Days is still beautiful.
