I don't think this is a bad album. I do think it's overrated. IMO Braindrill are talented musicians making average music. This is generic death metal w/ a flashy solo thrown in every 2 or 3 songs. The bassist could use more oppportunities to shine, too- the music D/N take advantage of his gifts. When their songwriting catches up to their technical chops, they'll be something special.
