Free Music Notes for Bride & Prejudice

Free Music Review: Hooray for Bollywood!
Hit: 4 Stars

I found this movie because of my sister, who is a huge Jane Austen fan. She said it was one of her kids' favorite movies, so since my kids are about the same age I thought I would give it a try. After we watched a borrowed movie, we ended up having to get both the movie and the soundtrack, my kids loved it so much. They dance all over the house and sing along with the songs (as much as they can). It's just a good wholesome movie with great music and dancing. It has also introduced them to a style of movie and music that I'm not sure I would have found on my own. I have not seen many other movies in the Bollywood style, but if there are more like this one, we're on board.

Free Music Review: Energy music!
Hit: 4 Stars

Oh my. When I first watched the movie from which this soundtrack is derived, I absolutely fell in love with so many of the songs. After debating for several weeks on whether or not this soundtrack actually merited purchase, I ended up buying it.

A Marriage Has Come To Town, No Life Without Wife, and My Lips Are Waiting (A.K.A. Goa Groove) are some of my favorite "energy songs" that I play when I'm looking to get hyped up or while working out. Unfortunately, it's hard not to sing along which garners some strange looks if there's anyone in my vicinity. However, it's well worth the pleasure it brings.

Free Music Review: The soundtrack is great....just like the movie
Hit: 4 Stars

What can I say, if you've seen the movie and heard the songs than the soundtrack is a no brainer for you....it was terrific and I listen to it over and over again. It's a great cd also to introduce you to the different types of Indian music. You will love it!!

Free Music Review: Some really good songs
Hit: 4 Stars

I enjoy this CD a lot. The movie is a fun, silly chick flick, but the music is very nice. The songs have an Indian/Bollywood vibe that I enjoy. My favorites are Take Me to Love (parts 1 and 2), My Lips Are Waiting, and Touch My Body.

Free Music Review: Fun
Hit: 4 Stars

I already owned this movie when I purchased this CD. So obviously I was a fan, but not as sure if the music would stand on its own. It does! High energy enjoyment on the road, for sure.
