Free Music Review: Bridget Jones Soundtrack
Hit: 5 Stars

Outstanding! I listen to it constantly and I never tire of the great mix of songs.

Free Music Review: One of the best soundtracks
Hit: 4 Stars

I saw this movie, and I had to get the soundtrack. It had so many unforgettable songs on it.

Shelby Lynne - "Killin Kind": This is a pretty good song, good chorus, I like it. 3.5/5.

Sheryl Crow - "Kiss That Girl": I love Sheryl Crow, so I will be biased on this one. hehe. Its another great song by Ms. Crow. Great guitar on the chorus. 4/5

Rosey - "Love": I'm not really fond of this song. I've never heard of 'Rosey'. It's an okay song, probably the worst on the album. 1.5/5

Robbie Williams - "Have You Met Miss Jones?": Ahh, what a great song. Perfect for the movie, I love it. Robbie is amazing. 4.5/5.

Jamie O'Neal - "All By Myself": The memorable song in the beginning of the movie, one of my favorite songs of all time, I LOVE it!!! I can still see Bridget Jones's lip synching it in the beginning of the movie. 5/5

Tracy Bonham - "Just Perfect": I love this song a lot, its very up-beat and catchy, and her voice is great. Another awesome track on this album. 4/5

Shelby Lynne - "Dreamsome": This song is a slow tune, but I like it. It's very solid, and easily a repeater. 3.5/5.

Robbie Williams - "Not Of This Earth": This song is alright, but it's Robbie Williams!!! He's got a beautiful voice, and this song is a bit different from his usual stuff. But it's an average song. 3/5

Gabrielle - "Out of Reach": I LOVE this song too!! The bass line is great, and her voice is beautiful, the song is beautiful, another GREAT track on the album, its written so well!! 5/5

Dina Carol - "Someone Like You": She's got a great voice, but this song is just too slow for me. But I love the words, its written very well, which is a definite plus. 3.8/5

Geri Halliwell - "It's Raining Men": Ahh, I remember the scene in which this was played (where Colin Firth and Hugh Grant are fighting in the street), and they couldn't have picked a better song to put there. It's a great re-make done by the former Spice Girl, and I like it a lot. Very upbeat, I sing it in my car all the time. 4.5/5

Diana Ross and Marvin Gaye - "Stop Look Listen (to your heart)": One of my favorite songs of all time and my FAVORITE on the album. This is such a classic song. And again I can remember the scene in the movie where they played this, with Renee and Hugh. Its got great lyrics, and I love the beat, its more than beautiful. 150/10.

Chaka Kahn - "I'm Every Woman": What a classic song. Who doesn't love this song? I'm so glad they included it, it was so funny to see Bridget Jones's drunk and they played this song. Awesome, awesome. 5/5.

Alisha's Attic - "Pretender Got My Heart": I don't really like this song much, I don't really see anything good about this. They shoulda put "RESPECT" in place of this. 1.5/5

Patrick Doyle - "It's Only a Diary": Beautiful instrumental track, great way to end the album. Love it. 4/5.

You know a soundtrack is a good soundtrack when you can play a song on the soundtrack and picture the momment in the movie when that song plays. For me, that's hardly ever. But on this one, I can. They should have included "RESPECT" by Aretha, and "Ain't No Mountain High Enough" by the Supremes/Temptations. Those two inclusions would have made this a 5 star album.
