Free Music Review: A Great CD

Ok, most people give 2-3 stars, and some give higher or lower, but i gave this 5 stars because of the fact that i love this CD. Britney worked hard on this, she has a great voice, interesting lyrics, and good background music. I like most of her songs, except for "Email my heart", which isnt that bad but still, and "I will still love you" is sort of bad and annoying.Other than that there are 9 other songs, which i think are all great. Baby one more time- This song is a great song to listen to, sometimes you cant stand it, but most of the time it is great.
Drive me Crazy- This is one of my 3 favorite songs on the cd, it is fast, catchy, and there is a great tune to it.
Sometimes- This is a really good song. The singing in it is great and its lyrics go beautifully with the rest of the song
Born to make you happy- One of my other favorite songs on the CD, it is a great song, i love the lyrics and Britney's voice in this is wonderful.
FTBOMBH- This is a really sweet song, i loved it and its got great lyric/song mixture
I Will be there- This is my other favorite song, it is fast and its an all around cool song.
I will still love you- This duet is kind of good, but it still needed alot of work from the other side, britney was great.
Thinkin About You- This song was good, and i liked how the music/lyrics go together.
E-mail my heart- This song was really great, but the lyricist could have done a much better job picking something besides Email as a song.
The beat goes on- This song was just cool, its a nice song to dance to, and i guess it was a sort of bye from Britney.
After reviewing each song I'd just like to say that i love this CD, and after recently seeing her in concert i can tell you she is really talented and i hope she keeps going with new CDs and excellent music

First of all, I loved this album! Britney shows that she really has talent and isn't a Mariah Carey wannabe. The only thing that I didn't like about Britney is what she has become. I mean, first she comes to us to share her musical talent and is a shy and sweet girl, the next thing you know, you're looking at Britney's third CD and looking at her picture and seeing that she's a sex symbol! But here are my ratings for every song:1. ...Baby One More Time- A fun and upbeat song that makes you want to dance. 5/5
2. You Drive Me Crazy- A fast song that has a great beat and rhythm. 5/5
3. Sometimes- One of my favorites on this CD. This song tells of how a girl might feel in her first relationship. Great song. 5/5
4. Soda Pop- I always skip this song. 1/5
5. Born To Make You Happy- This is a good song, but for some reason I don't really like it that much. 3/5
6. From The Bottom Of My Broken Heart- When I was reading the other reviews, I saw that a lot of people didn't like this song. I did! Even though Britney is better off with faster songs and not ballads, this song is so sad and she put a lot of effort into it. My favorite on this CD. 5/5
7. I Will Be There- I love this song! In fact, it's my favorite fast song on this CD! 5/5
8. I Will Still Love You- A nice duet with Don Phillip, except that I like Jessica Simpson's duets with Nick Lachey and Marc Anthony more. 4/5
9. Thinkin' About You- I usually skip this song. 1/5
10. E-mail My Heart- A really nice ballad. My second favorite ballad on this CD. 5/5
11. The Beat Goes On- I usually don't listen to this song very much, but I'll give Britney some credit because it is a really good reenactment of Sonny and Cher. 5/5
So that wraps it up. Overall, this CD is really good, and anyone who knows what music is all about should listen to it.

Dear skeptics,Several singles ago, I was still a skeptic and asked myself whether I should buy the album or not since I' ve already had a few numbers on some legitimate compilation albums. After " From The Bottom of My Broken Heart " enlightment period, i bought the album and have come to realize that BS ( short for Britney Spears only ) deserves the Queen of Teen Pop status.
The album's commercial success obviously reflects Britney' s talents, great contribution / collaboration by great songwriting and production teams, strong marketing tactics and, most of all, LEVEL of AFFECTION, IDOLIZATION and SUPPORT from her genuine fans, those who bought her album and / or go to her concert.
I have now become one of her fans. My most fav is " From The Bottom of My Broken Heart " among other favs like Soda Pop and ...Baby One More Time.
This album is definitely the one for good time: the one I can groove to, the one that I can sit back and chill down to, the one that I can listen to while minding my hobby, the one that I can.....
With all-american, girl-next-door look, great performance and healthy promotion tactics, BS is the true representative of Y2K American teens without a doubt.
To me, there' s no use and waste of time to SIMPLISTICLY assume that Britney will be just another Debbie Gibson ( and by the way Debbie is one of the talents ) or another hit wonder. Why dont we just have a good time listenting to her music and look forward to her next album ? And if we don' t like it, we just simply won' t buy it; it' s just simple as that...
But for now, for this album, for the 9-9 and Y2K, the world is HER oyster.........And we just happen to live in it.

"...Baby One More Time" is Britney's first debut album of all time and it is the very first album that Britney has ever released on January 12, 1999! Each and every single song that is on this album is amazing, and it's just so cool to know that Britney started out with her very first single, "...Baby One More Time" that is also the very same title of her debut album!01) "...Baby One More Time"- The first single!
02) "(You Drive Me) Crazy"- Good Song!
03) "Sometimes"- The second single and it is one of my favorites on this album! This song is about a girl who's very shy towards the guy that she likes and doesn't know how to approach him!
04) "Soda Pop"- This song sounds so fun!!! I love the beats to this song! It's just so happy and entertaining to listen to!
05) "Born To Make You Happy"- I love this song!!! This song is such a romantic one and I'm so glad that this song is on the album!
06) "From The Bottom Of My Broken Heart"- A beautiful song about being heartbroken, and it is also related to how it's like to be a teenager and being in love with someone.
07) "I Will Be There"- This song is so fantastic! It's also one of my favorites on this album!!!
08) "I Will Still Love You" (Duet with Don Phillip)- This is another romantic song and it's just absolutely lovely!
09) "Thinkin' About You"- A good pop song about thinking to be with someone that you have a crush on!
10) "E-Mail My Heart"- This song is so beautiful!
11) "The Beat Goes On"- A great song to end the album!
Only 11 tracks and Britney displays a lot of talent by recording and releasing this teen pop album! Go Britney!

Britney Spears did a wonderful job recording this album. I love Britney and her voice. Even though I don't say that I'm a Britney fan around friends cos they'll say ewww. My friends don't like Britney. I have know idea why, because Britney is a wonderful singer!!! I also have Brit's "Oops!" CD that one is a "Hot" album,too. I'm still waiting to buy her new CD called "Britney"!!! Britney is my second favorite singer behind Celine Dion. I'll give my opinion on the tracks now:)!!! 1. Baby One More Time - If any of yall out there haven't heardthis song yet, then where have you been? 2. (You Drive Me) Crazy - This song is best song onthe CD. It's my favorite 3. Sometimes - Wonderful song. 4. Soda Pop - I always skip this song, I don't like it much. 5. Born To Make You Happy - I Like this song. 6. From The Bottom Of My Broken Heart -I used to not like it alot but now I do after listening to it a few times. 7. I Will Be There - I love this song, very good upbeat one. 8. I Will Still Love You - Wonderful song, Britney does a duet with Don Phillip on this one. 9. Thinkin' About You - I like this song,too. 10. E`Mail My Heart - An okay song. 11. The beat goes on - This song should be off the album and so should Soda Pop. I Just don't like Soda Pop and defitnely not the song The Beat Goes On!! Ok... now onto more saying from me,lol! Okay, also this is an enhanced CD...... so when you put this CD in your computer you can watch the music video for baby one more time, and watch cool interviews with britney and of course look at cool pictures of Britney. Please buy this CD, and don't listen to those other people who say not to buy it. Just please buy it!!!!! Britney Rules:-)
