Free Music Notes for CircusFree Music Review: No Cliché Title For This Reviewer (e.g. She did it again!)... Hit: 5 Stars
This is a wonderful energy-boosting collection of songs. Some of them are slow, and to be honest I didn't care for the the majority of her slow music (exception being Out From Under, it's a winning track). Generally I enjoy Britney most when she sounds like she's having a good time recording the songs, and the following songs are so fresh and fun that they alone earned my 5 star rating:
Womanizer - I see this as typical Britney, and I love every second of it, nothing particularly unique, but just very enjoyable to dance to.
If U Seek Amy - This is just fun, it makes you feel like a "bad girl", and it's about as addictive as nicotine. I defy you to not fall in lust w/this bubblegum-naughty tune.
Mmm Papi - initially I found this song a bit cheesy, especially near the end mainly due to the line "I'm mami, and that makes you papi, and that makes us lovey!" lol but now I find it a bit cute, and the rest of the song is great.
Radar - also featured on Blackout, when I hear this it reminds me of a modern day Bob Fosse production w/top-hat-and-cane, and I find it a great workout song.
Also the song "Rock Me In" (Deluxe Edition bonus track) is simply incredible. It is one of those songs that you never tire of and brings imagery of Nascar, air shows, and a modern Beach Blanket Bingo haha, it's weird I can completely visualize an awesome video whenever I hear this song. Too bad there isn't one.
All in all if you're looking for something to shake your "money maker" to, I'd certainly recommend picking up this album, or at least downloading the songs mentioned.
I hope this helps :).
Free Music Review: Circus Life Britney Is Back Hit: 5 Stars
Britney is back, from the emotional roller coaster of the past few years , her life seems to be on the right track for turning 27. Circus the new release has a better turn toward the future for this to be a top selling cd of hers next to Baby One More Time. Lets just put Blackout as a fade in the back of our head. Deep down I feel with everything that was going on her life from custody of the children, to a failed mariage and not really given credit for the work of Blackout , maybe not played on radio that it needed. Shes got it now. We all know Womanizer is doing well and Circus is a great dance them , I started to cry to the soft emotional part of Out From Under , the loud message theme of Kill the Lights and Shattered Glass have to comend her on this one, If You Seek Amy dance city great beat, Dont forget Unusual You a form of magic well sung. My Baby a soft ballad , quiet relaxing song. Manequin reminds me of in a dark area going through a maze, with a strobe light with a nice beat.
I feel Britney does have it together with this cd Circus and extremely well put together. Hey everybody its time and Britney is back!!!!!!

Free Music Review: Britney's "Circus" - One of her best yet!!! Hit: 5 Stars
In October of 2007 Britney Spears released her highly anticipated "comeback" album "Blackout". While being bold, exciting, riveting and a thoroughly danceable album, Spears' vocals sounded out of touch, icy, and withdrawn. At times it bearly even sounded like Spears, and the effort given on the album seemed half-hearted. However while it seems that Spears did give her all on "Blackout" she is certainly on top of her game again with the December 2nd release of "Circus". Spears' newest album refocuses her energy on what she does best.. bona-fide dance pop. After the unexpected racy detours of 2003's "In The Zone" and the underground-urban vibe of 2007's "Blackout", we finally have a Britney Spears album that sounds like something she would do. Not only that, but "Circus" has something we haven't heard from Spears in a while, soft ballads. The two ballads on the album are "Out From Under" and "My Baby" the latter being written by Spears herself as a song to her sons, A continuation of 2003's "Early Mornin'" in the Danja produced "Blur" There's also new material we've never heard from her before most evident in the hauntingly beautiful and hypnotizing "Unusual You", the "nothing phases me" attitude of "Mannequin" and the the naughty double entendre tune "If U Seek Amy". All in all "Circus" is a very well put together album and a must buy for any Spears or pop fan. While it never feels as sleek or edgy as "Blackout" it will definitely be stuck in your head and playing non-stop in your car for a long while.
Free Music Review: All Eyes On Circus! Hit: 5 Stars
Womanizer - 10/10, This is a GREAT dance tune, Great bass, Treble, Tune, Throw it in with some catchy lyrics and we have a home run song.
Circus - 8.5/10 - The title track of the album isn't bad it's just... Not at all amazing. It isn't near as catchy as Womanizer, or as well sung. The beats aren't that amazing either... OK.
Out From Under - 10/10 - Nice ballad to the album. Brit's vocals are entrancing with a ghostly feel. Amazing track.
Kill The Lights - 9/10 - Fun dance track, Love the tough girl lyrics, nice vocals.
Shattered Glass - 5/10 - Catchy, but the catchy song can't save the vocals, lyrics, and music.
If U Seek Amy - 9.5/10 - Very wickedly smart wording, amazing music and vocals are nice.
Unusual You - 10/10 - The vocals and lyrics are haunting and the music is beautiful. In my opinion, the best track of Circus.
Blur - 4.5/10 - Blur is good on the vocals and the beats are good, but lyric wise... the writer must have been drunk himself.
MMM Papi - 5.5/10 - Good for dancing, Vocals are OK, Lyrics are plain DUMB.
Mannequin - 8.5/10 - Love the ringing vocals along with the dark backing vocals, The beat and lyrics are solid.
Lace and Leather - 8/10 - Vocals are amazing, Lyrics are good and music is decent.
My Baby - 1.5/10 - Vocals are TERRIBLE, music sucks, and Lyrics are OK.
All together score - 6/10, Older stuff is way better.
Free Music Review: PURE-SATIS-FACTION Hit: 5 Stars
First of all, I've been a true Britney fan from the first time I heard "...Baby One More Time" on the radio. I have enjoyed every album since then. I knew this album was going to be good... but I never thought I'd love it this much. On most of her albums I've always had a handful of favorites (4-5) but I can honestly say I love almost every song on this album. Each song is totally different from the one before... Each song has its own "feel". I love the songs: Circus, Kill the Lights (probably my favorite), Shattered Glass, If U Seek Amy (it took me a few listens to catch it.. I actually liked it more before I knew what she was actually saying), Mmm Papi (this song is just funny), Mannequin, Lace & Leather, & Rock Me In. Unusual You, Out From Under, & Radar are pretty good. I liked Radar on the first album but I don't like having the same song on her new album... They could've at least remixed it. Blur (boring), My Baby (totally random) & Phonograpy (just weird) are my least favorites & could've all been left off & the album would've been just as good maybe better... I wouldn't have to skip any songs. I would definitely recommend this album to anyone who likes working out, dancing & electronic music. This album & Blackout both make cleaning my house & working out fly by. Buy it already!
