Free Music Review: A legendary ground-breaking band...

Before we had the likes of DRI, Cryptic Slaughter, early Metallica, and the such, there was a somewhat well-known UK Hardcore band called Broken Bones. After the demise of the legendary of Discharge, Broken Bones emerged as one of the leading bands in the early days of Speed Metal/Crossover. Basically took the Punk formula of Discharge and mixed it with the speed of Motorhead and flashy guitar work of Iron Maiden. This is an interesting compilation of unreleased songs here in the US. The only complaint is that halfway through the album, the songs kinda loose their genuality and get somewhat consistant. The songs that stand out are "Seeing Through My Eyes", "Decapitated prt.2", and "It's Like", but still is good addition to your old-school Punk/Metal collection.
