The music scores are well chosen and they complement each other. This is a CD when played takes one back to one's childhood. The singing is just Angelic. It echoes the Vienna Boys Choir. I loved the movie and I enjoyed listening to the CD even more. I just saw the movie on DVD. This is a little jewel I saw it 3 times already and can wait to see it again! I loved the music so much that I had to get the CD, I think I know all the songs by heart now! Jean-Baptiste Maunier's voice is so pure and beautiful...This is a definite must see movie. I love it, love it, love it!

It seems to me that I knew little about the film when I went to see it. I can rate it as the best movie I have ever seen, (except for the Lord of the Rings) with the most wonderful music I have ever heard and I don't ever listen to boy's chorus music. The young boys who sing in this film are just amazing. The music is beautiful. I highly recommend this. Unlike most soundtracks the actual boys from the film are singing the songs just as they did in the movie. This CD has been in the player in my kitchen ever since it arrived and has been played many times, and no one in the family is tired of it. The children's voices are wonderful, the pieces are beautiful, the harmonies haunting. A longtime favourite for sure.
