2007 reissue of this classic Holly hoedown of hits. Back in 1978 when the bio-pic The Buddy Holly Story was released in theaters, there were very few, if any, Buddy Holly albums in print. The movie was a hit and MCA released this excellent collection of original Buddy Holly tracks to meet the demand. Also known as Buddy Holly Lives (which is spray-painted across a wall on the album's cover), this is the best place to start if you want to experience the magic of Buddy Holly.
