Ceu is a breath of fresh air from the redundancy of MTV "pop icons" and musically inept artists that pollute our commercial radio stations. She has the talent mix of Sade, Sergio, Steel Pulse, Lauren Hill, Les Nubians...truthfully I hear so many great sounds in her music it is beyond recognition. She will make you want to take Portugese lessons just so you can sing along and have some idea of why you feel the way you do about the track.
Her CD has made into my must have the actual CD in my top 100 collection. In other words, don't just download an MP3 copy. Touch the case and hear the CD turn in your player. If you're a lover of music and appreciate good talent, try Ceu.

I have been playing this CD on repeat since it arrived in the mail. Even though I don't speak Portuguese, I must say her CD is very nice. It ranges from soothing, to upbeat and back to mellow. My favorites so far are:
