Free Music Review: BEST COMEDY ACT I'VE HEARD IN A LONG TIME

My buddy popped in this CD during our 4 hour drive to Yosemite and it had us bouncing out of our seats in hysteria. Carlos Mencia has an atypical, raw, fresh sense of humor that hits home with anyone with an open mind and a desire to laugh at him/herself... b/c believe me, he makes fun of you whoever you are. Not recommended for those of you who are weak at heart.THis CD was so great that it made the other comedy CD's that we tried (Chris Rock and Eddie Murphy) pale in comparison.
A definate buy, especially for your long road trips.

Unlike any other stand up that jokes about what they see and experienced in life. Carlos Mencia puts another twist in the era of stand up, he doesnt just talk about what has happened to him; he combines his skits with a meaningful message. He is like the uncle you never had, the one that tells you what is really going on, not some half baked stuff your parent tells you to shield you from reality. So to all of you MENCIA HATERS!!! DUDE take a joke, or else you will be his next topic on his shows because you guys are the DEE DEE DEE........Free Music Review: The album title says it all

Carlos Mencia has the guts to say things that very few comics today will. He is absolutely hilarious. I was laughing so hard I was in tears the 1st tiem i saw Carlos live. The album is great like the title implies, people need to learn how to take a joke. The album is more cerebral than you might think, but there is plenty of slap stick style laugh out loud comedy on this album. I must admit that I can usually sit through a comedian's routine without cracking a single smile, but when I first heard this cd, I almost busted a gut laughing. One day at work, several of my co-workers were passing the cd around listening to it, and you could always tell who had it by listening for laughter. I'm seeing Carlos live tomorrow night, and I hope I laugh just as hard as when I first heard his material.Free Music Review: Awesome!!!

Buy this CD! Carlos will have you on the floor laughing. Every person that I have turned on to this CD has said that they have never heard anything funnier. He is a raw, but the passion in which he delivers his material is just awesome. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Having seen him live a few times, this CD does manage to capture some of his great moments.
