Free Music Review: Praise the Lord!!! CeCe has done it again!!!!!!

I am a huge fan of CeCe Winans. Her voice is so pure and beautiful and she is so in touch with her music that you can not help but be drawn into her message. She is known for her ballad-like songs, but in this cd she lets it all hang out! She experiements with R&B and Hip Hop arrangements and excels. She also includes her trademark gospel ballads that I, and everyone else who has ever heard them, have come to love.
The more I listen to this cd, the more I love it. "Heavenly Father" rocks; "For Love Alone" tells us our true reason for being; "More Than Just A Friend" is a reminder to all of us busy people that God wants to be EVERYTHING; "Bring Back the Days Of Yea and Nay" is deep and the brother singing with her is phenomenal; "Holy Spirit Come and Fill This Place" is entrancing. I could go on and on becuase each and every cut on this cd is GREAT! This is a must have for your gospel collection.

Well, what more could be said about such a remarkable indivisual such as cece?Cece has seased to amaze us all! Unlike previous albums, Cece has created an album that appeals to both believers and non believers alike. By introducing other popular roots, such as, pop, r&b, gospel, and Contemporary Christian, cece has crossed that fine line that makes her the Incredible artist that she truly is! I believe that to often, Christians sit back and see cece as creating "Crossing Over" album or making attempt to find her place in the secular world. But is that not what our lord and savior has called us to do. Our God asks us to be a light in the midst of a dark world in which we live. And i feel that Cece has done an Extrodinary job in reaching and uniting Believers and non believers alike. God has truly blessed her and continues to bless!
She takes us on an incredible journey like no other!

CeCe Winans is at her personal best with this self-titled recording! The music may sound like something you would hear on your favorite artist R&B offering, but belive me, this is a true gospel disc, and Mrs. Winans is giving it to you with both barrels. Faith and love for our Savior is very evident from tracks one to thirteen, and her voice is still as commanding as in her previous recordings. Ain't a instrument played that could drown her out! Songs are chosen from the traditional to the comtemporary and she compliments each one with her style of gospel that may disagree with some, but for those who know her message of reaching the masses with what you have, it will hit right on target. Personally, this CD is one of the reasons that she will reign as one of gospel's true heavyweights, and I wouldn't have it any other way. Bravo!Free Music Review: WOW!!!

To often, christians sit back and say, " Here is another artist, simply trying to find her groove with the secular world!" But isn't that what we as christians are suppose to do. Is it not our job to reach out to non believers and pull them into the holy relm that our lord and savior has created for us to live? Cece has done just that. By reaching out and grasping the pop, r&b, contemporary christian and gospel sounds, cece has made an outstanding effort to appeal once more to christains and nonbelievers alike. And has done a Remarkable job at that!

Cece has this time outdone herself. I must say having always been a fan of cece in particular, I was a bit skeptical of this album thinking that nothing could beat "Alabaster Box"; and having a preference to more worship type songs, this particualr album did not seem to be totally my style.........UNTIL I LISTENED TO IT!!It captures you FIRST TIME ROUND - then you are hooked.She mixes worship with funky tunes and has a song to match your every feeling whether it be feelings of an emotional or spiritual kind.Her awesome voice leaves her your head spinning but most importantly her love and passion for God is captured in the album.Do buy!!Do enjoy and do recommend USA's #1 Diva to everyone you come in contact with!!
