This album is an unbelievable blend of hip-hop,funk,soul, rythem and blues, and rock & roll. The most uplifting music i have heard since Outkasts Aquimini. This album proves that the DF will continue to put out music that is simply untouchable. If you don't get the album you're missing out on a musical masterpiece. This is not your tipical "thuggin,gang bangin,treatin women like irrelevant objects" album that we have all grown so acustomed to hearing all over the airwaves and watching on the T.V. cee lo green. if you are looking at this then you probably remember his underrated flows on soul food and still standing by the goodie mob. one of the founding fathers of the dungeon family gave us a taste of his imperfect imperfections on violator 2.0's phenomonal sexual chocolate. he also showcased his pipes with lauren hill on the santana album supernatural. the boasting of a rapper that is beyond the music on this album is fresh. when he claims "i get a hundred and fifty thousand dollar check every three months from santaa" is just classic. this is a classic that you can't live without.Free Music Review: An Instant Classic

Cee-lo has stepped up and hit a home run, grand slam, slam dunk, three pointer, game winning shot, whatever you might like to call it, Cee-Lo Green & His Prefect Imperfections hits you from track 1 through 21, and never stops in between. The lyrics border on genius, and at the very least must be seen as insightful. The diverse music and the flexibility of Cee-Lo's voice are personally the biggest surprise on this CD, both weave a blend of hip hop, gospel, blues, soul, country, and out and out rock and roll. EASILY THE BEST CD OF THE YEAR. A MUST BUY!
