First let me say I find it extremely uncalled for that people are rating this CD one star jsut because it is copyprotected. On to the review...I found this album simply amazing and fantastic. I cannot stop listening to it.
1 I'm Alive - Great opener - 2nd Single from the album; I love this song it is very "alive" :) 10/10
2 Right In Front Of You - Good song; I love it but it is probably too Britneyish for most Celine fans. 9/10
3 Have You Ever Been In Love - This song is too slow - it does not have any interesting part or hook - just another one of your boring run of the mill ballads - it is still listenable though 6/10
4 Rain, Tax (It's Inevitable)- I find this song very catchy and a new sound for Celine - It's got a nice upbeat sound. Very funky 9/10
5 A New Day Has Come (Radio Remix)- This is my favorite song on the album. It is so amazing and captivating. Great choice for the first single. Fantastic song 10/10
6 Ten Days- Another funky and new sound for Celine. Very R&B song. You either like it or you don't. I did 8/10
7 Goodbye's (The Saddest Word)- One of my other favs on the album. Very sweet and emotional song. 9/10
8 Prayer- Another of what you would expect from Celine. Nice flowing good ballad. Doesnt do much for me though. 7/10
9 I Surrender - I LOVE IT! Another one of the best ballads on the album. Very strong and powerful lyrics and music. 9/10
10 At Last - Although this song was alot of people's favorites, I only thought it was alright. It is a good song though. 8/10
11 Sorry For Love - Gotta love her uptempos! Fantastic song Sounds familiar somehow though. 9/10
12 Aun Existe Amor - I usually skip this one plainly because I have no idea what she i saying. 6/10
13 The Greatest Reward - I LOVE this ballad so much!! One of the best on the album. Strong music and powerful voice make this a great song. 9/10
14 When the Wrong One Loves You Right- Fast paced catchy good song by Celine. I personally enjoy it alot. 9/10
15 A New Day Has Come - A nice slower version of the radio hit. 8/10
16 Nature Boy - Boring :-/ 5/10
VERY worth your money. I love this CD so much- I just finished listening to it
Free Music Review: A New Day Has Come...For Another Winner For Celine!

After a two-year hiatus, celebrating first-time familyhood with Rene and Rene Charles, Celine is back! She's back all the way, releasing a CD that takes her back into what she stands for, especially now, due to family and unconditional love. And that is what this beautiful album is all about! Celine is living her life through this album, and her powerhouse voice proves that she hasn't lost her touch. I would like to discuss some of the songs I love the most."I'm Alive": Also from the wonderful movie, "Stuart Little 2". I love the beat and rhythm of this song, especially the lyrics.
"Right In Front Of You": The Love that has been here all this time is right in front of us. Celine illustrates that very concept well in this one.
"Have You Ever Been In Love": The first time I heard this song was on her comeback TV special on CBS. She had pictures of Rene Charles on a slide show! Beautiful!!
"Rain, Tax (It's Inevitable)": Okay song, cool beat, but not one of my faves.
"A New Day Has Come": I am in LOVE with both versions!!! The video is pretty amazing too!
"Ten Days": Okay song, but it kind of doesn't fit in this album.
"Goodbye's (The Saddest Word)": Dedicated to all the mothers out there! An extremely touching song!
"Prayer": I LOVE this one so much! Dedicated to all children in the world.
"I Surrender": Celine's vocals are amazing on this one!
"At Last": Excellent rendition, though I don't recall who orginally sang it!
"Sorry For Love": Great song to dance to! Celine's voice probably hits almost her whole range on this one!
"Aun Existe Amor": Although Celine's other main language is French, she does an amazing job on this song! (In fact it was originally in French.)
"The Greatest Reward": Beautifully written and performed!
"When The Wrong One Loves You Right": Another great song to groove and move on!
"Nature Boy": Celine does a great job on this remake!
Overall this CD is one of THE BEST of Celine's work!!! So much meaning for life and love is all here! You won't be disappointed!!!

I just bought this cd 5 days ago, and it took a while to grow into me. well worth the wait is what this album is trying to say, and "leave the past behind, cuz a new day has come." she did an extremely unthinkable thing.(mixing different potions of music into 1 c.d. instead of getting all sappy, like on Lets talk about love). amazing.1.I'm Alive: 95/100. a great opener to a deliciously different album. it's the theme song for Stuart Little 2.
2.Right in Front of You: 95/100. upbeat song that sounds kinda like "To Love You More".
3.Have You Ever Been in Love: 64/100. yuk! in my opinion, the worst on the c.d. you'll know why when you hear it.
4.Rain,Tax(It's Inevitable): 93/100. good r&b song. new celine style.
5.A New Day Has Come(Radio Remix): 105/100. the best on the cd! a moving and touching song.
6.Ten Days: 96/100. possibly the most differed of all celine songs. brilliant song.
7.Goodbye's(The Saddest Word): 100/100. second best on the cd. a poignant piece.
8.Prayer: 89/100. good, but not very moving to me.
9.I Surrender: 80/100. this ballad is so torchy, i can't give it a good rating. it wouldn't be something you would want to listen to right before you go to sleep.
10.At Last: 99/100. good remake on a classic song.
11.Sorry for Love: 100/100. third best on the cd, with techno influences.
12.Aun Existe Amore: 95/100. brilliant and moving.
13.The Greatest Reward: 97/100. the lyrics are amazing.
14.When the Wrong one Loves you right: 77/100. the only thing i like about this song is the oh-oh-oh-oh every so often.
15.A New Day Has Come: the original version of the classic.
16.Nature Boy: 85/100. a cover of the 1948 hit by Nat King Cole. not a bad ending, but not a great one either.
Average Album Rating: 92/100, 5 stars for celine!
With a cd like this, only a non celine fan wouldn't love it! although this is so, i wouldn't recommend this for newcomers. start with All The Way(A Decade of Song), or Unison. Both of those are suitable for newbies. ciao.

Celine is back. Us (Celine Fans) have been waiting for this day for so long! After her 2 year hiatus, of giving birth to her baby boy Rene`-Charles... and now she is back, and with a new album called "A New Day Has Come"! Although this album has a different type in her music, and we're used to seeing her ballads more than pop etc. Like for ex.. the song Ten Days, has a different background music to it, sounds more like a Rock song abit. And Rain, Tax sounds different too!!! The song Goodbye's (The Saddest Word) almost made me cry the first time that I heard it, it is so beautiful...! There is of course a ballad song on here which is called Have You Ever Been In Love. It is also a beautiful song!!!! When The Wrong One Loves You Right, is very good poppish fast song.. she sang it with Destiny's Child on the CBS TV A New Day Has Come Special, but I was schocked that they weren't featured on the album... aww! BTW, There are 2 versions of A New Day Has Come. The Radio Remix & The Album Version. Myself, I love both ;)!!! There is now a Spanish version of L'Amour Existe Encore, on here which the Spanish Title of the song is Aun Existe Amor, I like both versions. And anyhow this CD is nowhere near, copyrightede. And it plays very fine on my mom's computer!! There is a suprise.Inside the booklet, comes with a collage of pics of Celine, Rene` and Rene`-Charles plus the booklet comes with all the lyrics to all the songs. I am listening to it right now, infact cos I love it so much. My favourite songs are, I'm Alive, Ten Days, A New Day Has Come, Aun Existe Amor & Prayer plus I Surreder, infact I love all but those are just the faves hehe...! Well, my recommindation is that you buy this album NOW!! And don't listen to what those other silly dumb reviews say about this album being copyrighted, cos it's not and it plays in your Computer, CD Stereo player, Car, and Hand Held CD Player.. This is absolutely the greatest sound for Celine! All the songs are so great! They have a nice beat and they you can always sing along. They get stuck in your head! My favorite song is the single "A New Day Has Come (Radio Remix)". I cannot stop singing it! I'll give a song-by-song analysis.1. I'm Alive... 9. Great opener! It has a great beat (I think there's bongos in the background). Great dance tune!
2. Right in Front of You... 8. Classic Celine! Another sing-along. She keeps it going after that first great song!
3. Have you Ever Been in Love... 7. Another classic song! This is a nice slower song after the first two faster ones.
4. Rain, Tax (It's Inevitable)... 10. One of the best songs on the CD! I love the "It's inevitable"'s thrown in. I love the beat! Nice new sound.
5. A New Day Has Come... 10+. THE greatest song of all time. What is there to say about this song? It's so great! Love the beat, the lyrics. I can sing to it!
6. Ten Days... 7. Good song. Sounds sort of country-ish with the guitars. I like the chorus.
7. Goodbye's (The Saddest Word)... 8. Good song. A little sad, but she sings it beautifully.
8. Prayer... 9. Beautiful song. A classic song! You have to hear it!
9. I Surrender... 8. Another new sound song. Her voice is so beautiful!!
10. At Last... 7. Nice beat. She sings the nicely.
11. Sorry for Love... 10. Great, great song! A nice, peppy sound. I like it all.
12. Aun Existe Amore... 6.5. Nice sound. However, it drags a little.
13. The Greatest Reward... 9. Classic Celine. Great song. Overall, it's wonderful!
14. When the Wrong One Loves You Right... 10. Peppy, new sound. I love this song. It's great.
15. A New Day Has Come... 10. I like the radio remix better, but this isn't so bad. I like it. It showcases her voice.
16. Nature Boy... 7. I don't know the original, so I can't compare. This is nice. I just feel that it is a little slow.
This is a great album. You have to get it, you won't regret it!
