Free Music Review: Absolutely beautiful

So there I was browsing books at my favorite Barnes and Noble book store. While looking at all the new arrivals I heard the most beautiful music begin to play. At first I hummed along and continued to browse the books. My mood was uplifted almost immediately. When Caledonia began to play I made my way back to the music department to see what was playing. It was this CD. I purchased a copy of the CD right then and there. Now I've had the CD home for a little over two weeks and I've listened to it already countless times. It has the power to make the commute to work happier, housework less tiresome, writing more productive.
This excellent CD is populated with excellent orchestral music accompanied by the most crystal clear angelic voices you'll ever hear. Two favorites are The Prayer and Calendonia. There isn't a single dud on this CD.
I highly recommend this CD and have already purchased others by this group of talented artists. This is one of the best CD purchases I have ever made. I am quite sure that if you like well done celtic music or just love music period, that this would be a great purchase you'll never regret.

I have been very much looking forward to the release of "A New Journey", the latest compilation with Celtic Woman. David Downes did a great job writing the arragements for all the ladies, and conducting the orchestra.
The new addition, Hayley, brought with her a fresh new voice that fits beautifully with the others.
I loved the way the stage was designed. It gave Mairead the perfect way to dance, jump and run all over the place with her fiddle.
The ladies brought back some of the songs from the previous album, and I am sure these are audience favorites, and added some new ones that make the whole concert a fun experience.
With the beautiful backdrop of a real castle, Slane Castle, beautifully designed costumes for the soloists and chorus, and the heavenly voices of six fabulous ladies, all I can say is
THank you for your beautiful performance. I can't wait to see you in concert live!

I couldn't get enough of this concert whenever I see it on PBS and I'm still listening to them. David Downes has done an incredible job to showcase the individual and collective talents of these women.
I own both the CD and DVD and the CD produces a sound quality, transparency and depth not found in many current recordings and sounds fantastic in my audiophile stereo system. I just wished it had the same number of songs as the DVD. I prefer the sound on the CD because the music accompaniment is more subdued which I think suite the vocals better.
Celtic Woman has renewed my interest in great female vocals that I started listening again to recordings by Joni Mitchell, Jennifer Warnes, Sarah Brightman, Holly Cole, etc. I'm also in the process of ordering recordings by new artists named Hayley, Lisa, Chloe and Meav.

These beautiful young ladies are as talented as they are lovely! Orla is my favorite! They have the most beautiful way of letting their emotions pour out with every word they sing. Their gorgeous Irish harmonies, their sensual melodies and their flowing passion are what make these amazing young ladies as breath-taking to see as well as hear! Every song they've ever sung has touched the very soul of everyone who listens! They've certainly touched my heart and I hope that whoever listens to these Celtic goddesses will feel the exact same way I do! this is a beautiful video and cd , the pure talent and beauty of the group , combined with the ties to other modern Irish greats , such as Clannad and Enya, make this a very enjoyable occasion. They have been shown on American pbs and exemplify such giftedness. It entertains the audience but gives Irish Americans great pride as we can see our roots and the great future of the Irish people on the world stage. My favorites are Orinoco Flow and Dulaman but each performer and song are well worth the time spent and very spiritual and inspirational.
