Free Music Notes for Christmas CelebrationFree Music Review: Truly Outstanding Hit: 5 Stars
This CD is an overwhelmingly impressive and exciting blend of standard Christmas carols and some uniquely different songs. The exceptional quality of the voices of these highly skilled singers and the musical
accompaniment, including Mairead Nesbitt's amazing fiddle playing, combine to make this a "must have" item. The arrangements by David Downes are also top shelf. This is s CD to be treasured for years to come.
Free Music Review: a holiday masterpiece Hit: 5 Stars
I have become a big fan of Celtic Woman since I first saw them on pbs a year ago. This album is a breathtaking rendition of holiday favorites. These young ladies have such pure and angelic voices, and they add unique harmonies to familiar songs. Since I received this album, I have been listening to in in my car on the way to work, putting me in a good mood for the day. You won't regret ordering this album!!!
Free Music Review: A new family favorite for the holidays Hit: 5 Stars
This cd is excellent. These women sing so beautifully. We will be playing this cd for many holidays to come. They sing Christmas songs like they were supposed to be sung. There are a lot of so called singers out there that can learn from these women on how to sing and some that should NEVER be allowed to sing these songs EVER! We will buy more of there cds. My teen daughters also like them alot.
Free Music Review: A Distinctively Rich Christmas Album Hit: 5 Stars
The unique sound of this album really puts me in the Christmas spirit. The Celtic voices of Chloe Agnew, Lisa Kelly, Orla Fallon and Meav Ni Mhaolchatha are very inspirational and sound just heavenly. There is a certain reverence which I really can't describe in their somewhat quasi pop approach but it is a very heartwarming sound. This is a very nice sounding Christmas album.
Free Music Review: Beautiful haunting voices Hit: 5 Stars
If you have any liking for classic Celtic female voices, you can not help but enjoy these 4 beautiful voices supported by one charming violin virtuoso. The album has a great selection of more traditional, well-known songs with a couple of nice lesser known music. Saw them once on a PBS special and have several of their albums now. Worth adding to your Christmas collection.
