This is one of my favorite albums of 2004, by far. Chaka Khan's voice is superb on these tunes. Her reading of "Is That All There Is" is amazing, as are her covers of the James Bond tunes, and "Hey Big Spender." And Chaka looks great on the photos. Thank you Chaka for resurrecting some of these classics, and putting out such a fun and crazy standards album.Free Music Review: Beyond Classic

WOW! I have enjoyed Chaka Khan's music for years. However, ClassiKhan brings about a whole new appreciation for Chaka Khan and her awesome voice.
The London Symphony Orchestra is well matched for the power of Khan's vocals.
Khan's version of Stormy Weather is electric, raw and soul stirring.
ClassiKhan is a must have CD!

Thinking about the remake of 'Alfie' with Jude Law, and why, oh why, did they not ask Chaka Khan to sing the title song? She would have been perfect! I also wish she had sang that song on this album because Chaka can sing any classic and make it her own.
