You know charlotte church has received so much harsh critismn about her,I find that people were jeolous of her voice, and of how a young girl can sing, she is definetly my dream ome true, (So back off johnathan flanders),this girl in the past has done some wonderful music which is inspirational and she is a wonderful person, I dont care whether she has changed, anyway her rock albumn has given me a lease on life and has given me potential in my singing,I love your voice very much, and this reviewer hasnt been written by a kid at all,if charlotte church is reading this,good on yeah girl,you definetly my dream come true,and I hope I will see you one day. your best friend JJCoxFree Music Review: This girl has Potential (I wish the press would back off)!!!!!!

First of all, let me say Im not a music expert... but I do love Christmas music, and THIS CD contains an excellent compilation of songs loved by everyone!!!In my very humble opinion, Charlotte Church has an incredible voice, it has the power of an adult, but the sweetness and innocence of a child, and it is hard to find both things in one.
The choir is excellent, very powerful and harmonious.
The arrangements make the songs sound lively and "happy", even though they are sung in a very classical fashion.
All in all, a great CD for Christmas Eve, Christmas day, giving and receiving, and just enjoying the music!!!
Finally... a lovely Christmas gift.

I didn't give Charlotte Church a moments consideration when she first came out. I figured just another child prodigy. But I have developed into the music style and have come back to give her a good look-see. At first, she has a lot of material out there. And a lot of it is no good or just so-so. (That is what happens when you have a lot of material). I'm not sure at what point I became mad about her. In watching her DVD's and other video, you can really see the heart that goes into her art. But now that I own a lot of her albums and DVD's, and have researched her as I could, I treasure everything she does. Even those not-so-good ones. I've listened to this CD many times and I must say it is very pleasant on the ears. Charlotte Church is one of the few singers who gets my attention. She especially excels on the old sixteenth century Christmas hymns such as Greensleeves and the Coventry Carol. It is pretty obvious to me how her voice has matured since her last CD two years ago. She does a beautiful rendition of Silent Night. Hark The Herald Angels, O Come All Ye Faithful, God Rest Ye Merry, Gentlemen and Dream a Dream are also great. Actually it is the only Christmas CD I have that I'm still listening to, and it's Jan 20. I enjoy every song on the CD. Keep up the good work.
