Free Music Review: One of the Sweetest CD's Available

I was very impressed with this CD. Charlotte Church has one of the most beautiful voices I have ever heard. I was even able to get my 11-year-old step-daughter to listen to this CD and ENJOY it. Normally she listens to music that I prefer her not listen to, so it was great for a young singer like Charlotte Church to have enough of an impact on her to influence her to listen to this type of music.The songs on this CD are religious in content, but you don't have to be "religious" to enjoy her wonderful voice. If you want to listen to some relaxing, peaceful music, I recommend this CD. Also, if you have a young daughter, niece, etc., in your life whom you would like to encourage to listen to some really good music, I recommend it as well. (Note: Many of the songs on this CD are not in English, which to me was an enjoyable break from the norm. The songs are translated into English inside the cover of the CD; I really liked that.)

The first time that I had to pleasure of listening to Charlotte Church's album, "Voice of an Angel" was on television. I was channel surfing when her crystal clear voice caught my ear. As I started to listen to her, I became captavited by her voice. I've never heard anything like her. The high notes that she reaches is absolutely amazing and totally consumes one. After listening to her, I ordered her CD and Video from Amazon.Com. Her performance on video is even more enchanting... The visual effects created by the lighting and orchestra certainly enhance her presence. In my humble opinion, she glows both internally and externally while she performs. I was so moved by her performance that I really believe that she is a result of divine intervention... I enjoyed her so much that I plan on flying to London in the very near future to see her perform.Free Music Review: Audio Aspirin for a Crazy World!

What a breath of fresh air! "Voice of an Angel" is like "audio aspirin"... something to soothe the mind at the end of a stressful day. The choice of music is highly inspiring, such as "Jerusalem", "I Vow to Thee My Country" and "When At Night I Go to Sleep." There may be an element of novelty to the idea of a 12/13 year-old lass singing opera or traditional songs with the backing of a symphony, but there's also much substance. There is a purity to her voice which should be treasured.
If this album is any indication, we have a lot to look forward to from Miss Church in years to come. Considering that two of the songs on this album have been performed by Sarah Brightman on previous albums ("Pie Jesu" and "In Trutina"), Charlotte appears poised to follow in some wonderful footsteps.

Wow, what a voice! I don't even listen to classical music but after hearing Charlotte sing, I fell in love with it, but only hers. Voice of an Angel is an under statement. The angels in heaven probably listen to her and only wish they could sing like that. Those other reviewers that are somewhat negative must be jealous or out of their minds. This is a rare beautiful voice that only comes around one in a billion. I can honestly say that her music is the best I've ever heard of any kind. I could listen to it all day and even as I go to sleep it is so beautiful. I saw the video also and she even acts like a charming person. What a gift from heaven. She can't even comprehend yet, the potential that she has. WOW! is all I can say. I never knew there could be such a lovely voice.Free Music Review: Charlotte Church is my Idol!

She may be a few months younger than me but oh my gosh she's incredible! I have a soprano voice just like Charlotte's but hers is 10 plus times BETTER! I love her style of music and fashion and for the person who said she was using vocal tricks to get a mature voice I happen to be in a very professional chorus and the only trick I'm sure Charlotte uses is bringing her diaprahm up! I sound exactly like her when I do! Charlotte is an amazingly angelic girl whose talent should NOT be overlooked no matter what songs she sings or if the other accompyanists drown her out! WAY to go Charlotte you have deeply inspired me in more ways than I can possibly began to mention! keep up the 5 plus star work! YOU deserve it! Oh yea......GIRL POWER! p.s. I'd LOVE to do a duet with you!
