Free Music Review: Powerful worship music!

I first became a fan of Chris Tomlin with the purchase of his CD "Arriving". "Your Grace Is Enough" is my favorite spiritual inspiration song and Chris' version didn't dissapoint.
I've been wanting to purchase his new CD "Hello Love" ever since its release and it was so much worth the wait.
There are several songs on this CD which are powerful worship anthems. The musical production with the eventual merging of choir backups sent chills down my spine and made me feel very strong in faith.
"I Will Rise" is such a song, just the type of worship anthem I listen to when feeling very weak and stressed. "My Deliverer" and "Exalted" are also such examples of Chris+Choir worship. "Love" with the accompanying choir and its upbeat message of how important love is very inspirational.
However, I also like upbeat rock and roll worship tunes and Chris does not dissapoint on this CD! "Sing, Sing, Sing" is an uplifting sing your heart out to God inspiration which is great spiritual food for the soul. My favorite tune on this CD is "You Lifted Me Out". It's an upbeat, fast driving, rock and roll tune that emphasizes God's ability to help us carry on. Uh, just be careful if you're listening to this one while driving to work and such. I wondered why all the other cars were moving slower at first. :) The song's an adrenaline pumper!
My second favorite tune "Jesus Messiah" is a mid-tempo worship tune that makes me want to stand and clench my fists in faith. The background vocals compliment Chris' voice and blend together so well.
I like most forms of music, but have only recently delved into Contemporary Christian and am so grateful I found it. Many of the tunes have as great harmony, production, and instrumentation as much of today's other type of music. The accompanying lyrics are powerful.
Thanks Chris for giving us such a great inspirationl gift through your music!

Hello Love CD by Chris Tomlin.
Chris Tomlin is a Christian artist who wrote an updated version of Amazing Grace, which won awards in 2007-08, at the Dove Music Awards.
He has written contemporary worship songs for a number of years, and if you have been around any church with a contemporary service you have likely heard some of his songs there. His songs are the "most sung" comtemporary songs in churches--little fact I just heard recently.
His newest single on the radio is "Jesus Messiah," which is song #2 on this CD.

Free Music Review: Helloooo Love! Chris Tomlin's best work...well Jesus' work really!

I just received and listened to this album today on my way to school and it is awesome. It includes the hit radio single "Jesus Messiah", but oh, this is just the start! Love with the Children's choir has to be my favorite along with God of This City and All The Way my Savior Leads Me. I like the fact that Chris Tomlin put another hymn arrangement on this record, but I only wish there were more like it in the future! Amazing Grace-My Chains Are Gone was probably his defining song of his life, even though he would attest, it wasn't his song, neither John Newtons. It was God's inspired message. You really see how passionate Chris Tomlin is in his music about sharing as much as he can about the Glory of God, His Majesty and his blessed son, Jesus, who gave up His life for us all to live happy, fufilling lives for His Will and Purpose. If you think this album is kinda soft, think again! He really keeps the tempo and guitars flowing through more than a couple or tracks. It is one of those albums that will be sad when it ends. I am huge fan of Chris Tomlin and have been for awhile now. What impresses me about him is a lot of traits actually. Why? Well, he does have an enermous heart for God! This is evidenced by anyone who has heard his music, live or via a CD. He is also so very gifted, making singing seem effortless. When I listen to his songs, I want to better find and fulfill my true talent and live it out. I also feel like I am truly worshipping from my heart rather than just singing along with a good song, even though I am doing that too! Hello Love does what all his CD's have done...showcase a very talented guy who is using his talents to glorify God. And he must be doing that to be blessed like he has been! Keep it up, Chris, and everyone should buy this CD if they too are a fan and haven't done so yet. And if you for some reason don't know Chris Tomlin (how that it is possible I am not quite sure! :), then buy this along with his other CD's (including Passion music) and feel closer to God through worship!Free Music Review: Best of Chris Tomlin Yet - Hello Love

I am a fan of Chris Tomlin's music. I love the way he writes music, so that you can almost feel like you are in the presence of God, when you are listening and singing along. I was hesitant to buy this CD, and I don't know why. I am SO glad I did. In my opinion, this is his best music yet. I can listen to this CD over and over, and that is not generally the way I listen to music. This music reminds me that life isn't about us, it is about Jesus, and that is where my focus needs to be. I am thankful Chris is willing to be used in this way.
