Free Music Review: CAN'T HOLD HER DOWN

It has been ages since Miss Aguilera released her debut self-titled album but somehow she managed to keep her name HOT in the business with brilliant collabrations or tv appearances.Firstly I have never been Christina fan so I think I will review this album more objectively than others. My friend got the copy of her first album so I ha listened to it zillionth times which is not good lol. I decided to get her second album because of the fact that she collabrated with Linda Perry who is the massive masterpiece behind P!nk's album.I put the cd to my discman with a not that good feeling but I should admit that I am impressed by the whole process. Ok I can agree that her joy in her debut album is totally gone in this one but this is the best point of the album.Christina is more mature than ever , leaving her fellas Britney,Jessica and Mandy behind.It is certainly not a blonde-babe-chessy-pop album.It has nothing to compare with that,Highlights of this album are:CAN'T HOLD US DOWN: 10/10 I dunno but Lil'Kim's appearance on this track makes it so special.The vocals and the belinding is awesome and definitely it is a great opening track...
WALK AWAY:9.5/10: It is a 6 min. track and I can say that at the very first listening you have the possibility to hate it but after two or more time listening, I guess everyone will find a little bit part of their life in this song.Christina's vocals are impressive...
FIGHTER:10/10 Definitely the best song in the album. Not only because Linda Perry's magic hands, Christina sounds like a deffo rock-chick that noone can except from 'Genie In A Bottle' girl.This song will capture you at the first listening and it should be the second single off the album.
INFATUATION:9/10 Her latin roots comes again for this only latin-flavoured track off the album.The melody and sexay vocals makes it more worthy to listen..It will do well in Europe if it is released as a single.
IMPOSSIBLE:9/10 To be honest I have to say that I don't like Alicia Keys, therefore I skip this track in the first listening but then somehow I turn back to listen to it and God!It is awesome...Alicia plays the piano outstanding in this track and Christina's vocals are striking.It has this feeling of 80's track and it grows on you after two or three listening.
MAKE OVER:10/10 Another hot pop-rock track with breathtaking vocals by Christina...The song is too catchy and I guess every Christina fan will be amazed by the whole song.
CRUZ:10/10 Brilliant track.Great chorus and it will take you to an inner journey.
DIRRTY 9,5/10:What can I say? This song is too dirty but in a good way.It is a good choice for the first single off the album but the album has more than that.Actually this album version has more rap part by Redman which can satisfy hardcore hiphop fans like ME lol.
Ok although these are the highlights of the album, except 'Loving Me 4 Me' all the tracks are great and good combined in a way.No matter if you are Christina fan or anti-fan, go'n' get this album if you appreciate good music.I'm still not a Christina fan but I highly appreciate her music and her vocal ability.This album totally rocks...PS:Because of the fact she worked with great producers, you will see the chance in her lyrics wihch are strong,angry and sometimes lovely....
