This is an unbelievably good tribute to one of my favorite artists. Neil Young's songs have always been a part of my life and hearing women reinterpret his most popular songs is just brilliant. Tanya Donelly, Britta Phillips, and Lori McKenna turn in my favorite tracks. Dala's slow piano-inspired "Ohio" is beautiful. Jill Sobule does a very hip version of "Down By The River" and Elk City's 'Helpless" is heartbreaking and gorgeous. There's so many good songs on this double-CD it's hard to choose favorites however because they are always changing. With all proceeds going to breast cancer charity, I've already purchased several as gifts. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this one!!!
