My 2 year old daughter loves listening and dancing to music. I have 2 teenage boys who would rather scrub toilets than ever listen to another Barney song, so I bought Classic Disney Vol II hoping this would be a compromise. My daughter loved it and so do the boys. I played on of these new CD's and she was so excited she was giggling and dancing. If you love Disney songs, this has everything on it, including songs from "the AristoCats" which never seems to be on any other Disney CD's, and some songs from "Winnie The Pooh" movies. This is an incredible collection at a great price. The track selection is fairly thorough and wide-spread. You get a taste of many motion pictures (some of which, I'm sure, the newer generation of Disney kids won't know). It may seem that the CDs favor the animated films of the 80's and 90's, but deservedly so. Many of the few songs you might find yourself singing from the older titles are all on here and I can only think of one or two other tracks I would have liked to see on the list.
This is a great set to own if you're a fan of Disney films.

I have not found another collection that can rival this in its VALUE for the songs available. I was disappointed by the lack of a few classics (the original "Cruella de Vil," anything from "The Rescuers" or "Oliver and Company") but am overall quite pleased with the set. It is great to hear not only the more popular songs with which I am familiar but also songs from live action movies or the original Wonderful World of Disney that my parents grew up on but I have not seen. I was looking for a recording of the classic 'Zip a dee doo da' and stumbled across this wonderful collection which I purchased new from Amazon Marketplace for half the list price, including shipping. Every song I could think of is included and feature the original performers. Amazon has listed all the songs in their product description. If you love Disney songs, this has lots to love. (I saw 'Song of the South' in the 1970's and was hoping to see it on DVD. I recently learned Disney has locked up this feature and threw the keys away.)Free Music Review: Memorable Music

If you are a fan of Disney and enjoy the music, this is the collection for you. I first heard the collection while working in the Disney store, and to my surprise, after receiving the collection it was the exact one I had been looking for. This is a great collection and children will enjoy them. After listening to the CD's, I want to then watch the movie where they came from. There are some songs from movies people may never have seen or heard about, but this doesn't lessen the enjoyment of the songs.
