Free Music Notes for Classic Nursery RhymesFree Music Review: Not as good as her other CDs Hit: 3 StarsWe love Susie Tallman's "Children's Songs, A Collection of Childhood Favorites" CD, so we ordered this one. It's not as good. The second half of the CD is basically people reading some nursery rhymes, not too original.
Free Music Review: One of the best children's cds ever! Hit: 5 StarsI checked this cd out from the library to play at my pre-school music class that I teach each week. I loved it from the first song because of all the different instruments used for background music, and then when I got to the rap song "Hickory Dickory Dock" I was laughing out loud. My kids in my class just loved it. I just bought the cd so I can play it for my own children and my grandkids.
Free Music Review: LOVE LOVE this CD Hit: 5 StarsSusie Tallman does a great job with this CD, my husband and I find ourselfves singing these songs way after the CD has been off.
Free Music Review: For my 7 month old while his mom (me) is away playing army in iraq. Hit: 5 Starsreview written by dad: He likes both of them (Children's Songs, A Collection of Childhood Favorites). We dance and sing to them. They are not really falling asleep cd's. I use them after naps and they play a role in our loosely structured playtime.
Free Music Review: Guaranteed smiles Hit: 5 StarsIf I want to make my niece smile, all I need to do is play this CD for her. Between the quacking of the little ducks or the fun rendition of Hickory Dickory Dock, it's one belly laugh after another. There are a ton of songs we haven't even gotten to at the end of the disc because we're so busy replaying the first 5 or 6 songs! I wont babysit for her unless I have this CD on hand.
I definitely recommend this CD -- Susie Tallman and the other singers are really fun to listen to, even for the over 5 crowd!
