Clay can really sing and the songs in this album are wonderful. Everyone should listen to these all new songs. I thoroughly enjoyed hearing the great band behind him. Checked the musicians out and found that they were R&B Hall of Famers Steely Dan!
You get a triple threat in this album, Clay's great voice, great songs and musicians that are to die for. They all come together in an album that I love more each time I hear it. So hard to pick a favorite because they are all great! On My Way Here

Clay Aiken's new CD "On My Way Here" tops all his others with the most modern sounding collection of songs. With all the buzz about the track "On My Way Here" written by One Republic's Ryan Tedder and "Lover All Alone" a track written by Clay himself....all the more reason to check it out. My favorite song is "Weight Of The World" and a close runner up is "Falling" (which reminds me of Nick Lachey's latest CD "What's Left Of Me"). "On My Way Here" definitely shows that Clay still drives for perfection. The CD is emotionally upbeat and Clay is more grown-up and up-to-date than ever before.Free Music Review: Wonderful Heartfelt Music

I have enjoyed Clay Akin's voice and style on his prevous albums, but they were not at the top of my "playlist." But this is a very different album in a number of ways. He has the same great voice, but this album is filled wit songs that have real meaning. In every song you can hear that he is saying something from the heart, and it seems to be very personal. This is the mark of an excellent artist -- he makes the listener feel what he is singng. If you like his style with the ballads and great vocals then I would wholeheartedly recommend this album.Free Music Review: You Must Listen

If you liked Clay Aiken's voice on American Idol, you will love this CD. Not only is Clay's voice amazing (you will not believe how good he sounds), the CD is full of great songs, several of which are upbeat. It's impossible to pick a favorite. I love "Falling," "Where I Draw The Line," and "Sacrificial Love." Also, "Lover All Alone" is the best song ever written by an Idol contestant IMO. "Everything I Don't Need," "Something About Us," and "As Long As We're Here" are pure ear candy. You will not be able to stop listening to this CD.Free Music Review: WOW ! WOW !
