Every once in awhile an artist comes along whose voice just makes you stop, listen and enjoy no matter what they are singing. That does not happen too often. For me, Clay Aiken has that power in his voice. As much as I like to sing a long - I find myself stopping just to listen. This 2 song CD is the best songs he has recorded and truly demostrates his vocal beauty and talent. I highly recommend it. As for his full length CD "Measure of a Man" I belive the material is a little weak - but the voice shines through. If you like Clay's voice you will like that CD also. As for Clay's fan's being in a class all by themselves -- I'd say maybe a little like the same class of fans that went wild over Elvis and The Beatles. It seems to me when Elvis first came out he could not get radio play either. I'm not saying Clay is another Elvis -- I'm just saying sometimes the "fans" know when something special has come along. As with Elvis and The Beatles, Clay's fan base spreads over all age groups. Some go a little crazy, many just appreciate. Clay has real talent and given time and some more material like Solitaire and The Way, he will only get better.Free Music Review: Look What Love Has Done.

LOVE is Singing - LOVE is Listening. And the Music Industry is scrambling, jumping hoops...scratching their heads. I read an article yesterday....ARTISTS are complaining that Clay is getting all the interviews, the media exposure, the SALES, etc...and Clay responded, humbly..."I can understand...they've been in the business for years...and I come out of nowhere, etc"..... Clay...Your FANS appreciate and respect you for being THE MAN that you are...but please don't apologize! How SAD, no pathetic...that these Artists are taking their case public, in hopes of capturing a few seconds of exposure at YOUR expense? For years...we've denied ourselves better MUSIC by accepting and purchasing today's songs with digusting lyrics, totally vulgar videos...baited by the Industry. How ironic, and fortunate, that because of American Idol...each of us have the opportunity to change this direction. Please think before you make that CALL to VOTE!

I haven't purchased this CD yet, but after hearing Claysing his heart out last night on American Idol I can't wait
to own this latest and add it to my collection. I have
Measure of a Man, and I love The Way, but after listening
to Solitiare last night I think this is his all time best.
I only read two negative reviews so far, and I believe it's
usually from the same people who never have anything worthwhile
to say, either they have you know what for brains or they're
just idiots. (I could have said something worse, but I
won't reduce myself to their level) Well like I said,
this is a definite CD to own and I'll probably play it
until it gets worn it and have to buy another one. When
Clay reaches the low and especially the high notes it's
unbelievable and it does bring you to tears. The way he
can hold out a note shows the power in this guy's voice.
I hope you will be around for a long time Clay, and when
you go on tour again I will definetly not miss out like I did this time.
Once again thank you for your wonderful and
unforgetable voice.

Oh my gosh! I love, Love, LOVE Clay Aiken! His voice is sweet and powerful at the same time. Innocent, yet seductive. How does he do it? I just do not know. But I love to hear his voice. I own his two CDs (his first single and his album--Measure of a Man).Both are MUST BUYS!!!!!
Confession: I was never really interested in the show American Idol when it first aired. Then one night last year I put on the TV, and saw this unknown sing a song so powerful...so beautifully...I cried. Seriously. It touched my heart so much. I cried!
The song...Solitaire!
I loved it. I prayed this song would be on Measure of a Man. Even though it was not...This CD is one for the buying. All the songs are AMAZING!
And now, his second single is out. I got an email from amazon.com telling me this. I jumped to the site, and when I saw that the song Solitaire was on it...Well, it didn't take more than a half a second for me to buy it.
Believe me. Buy this CD. Buy all Clay Aiken's CDs.
They have feel-good music that will touch your heart and soul.
I hope he keeps the CDs coming. The music industry is very lucky to have Clay Aiken in it.
