Free Music Review: What a voice this man has!

The way that Clay hits that glory note in Solitaire is to die for. He did an extreme job on this cd. The Way is a spectacular song in itself and then to have Solitaire is just magnificent. I don't think that there is a song out there that Clay can't sing. Even his remakes are terrific!He has the most well tuned voice out there right now. He can hit every note without even staggering. This is quite evident when he hits and holds those notes in Solitaire. There are not too many people out there that have Clay's singing ability and that will just make me continue to buy every cd that he makes. WHAT A TRUE STAR HE IS. HIS VOICE IS THE No wonder why so many people love him. Keep up the great voice Clay. We will keep buying your cd's.
I highly recommend this cd. If you haven't heard Clay's voice yet, it won't cost you that much to hear it. You will love it too. I also recommend that you buy Measure of a Man because that cd was the bomb. I am so looking forward to hearing more music from the musical genious.
Free Music Review: A legendary performance by Clay Aiken

The Way and Solitaire, both songs are about love. The first song is very romantic, trying to explain the unexplainable feeling of a man being in love. The latter is about heart-broken feeling after lost love. Only Clay Aiken can convey such different emotions through his gold voice and perfect phrasing. The Way was released as part of Clay Aiken's first album, Measure of a Man. There are already 3000+ wonderful reviews on that album. Solitiare is the first time that we hear the full version from Clay Aiken, the new and forever owner of Solitaire. If you haven't bought the single, do it NOW, you WILL BE BLOWN AWAY.
The beginning is in the lower range, where Aiken's voice is so beautiful and moving. Then it builds on to show a lot of emotions through both high and low ranges. Now be ready for the last 90 seconds. Here, Aiken's voice soars (it's opera tenor quality) to heaven and the emotions explode. I forget to breathe, heart skips beats, tears stream down...
This is a legendary performance. IT IS ENGRAVING!

This single is simply amazing. We first start with the current single, "The Way." This song should be THE love song of 2004 because it has great lyrics and a great melody. Clay really does a supurb job emoting for this song which makes it work. It seems to be doing well on airplay so far, but hearing it on CD is even better.
The second A side is a cover of "Solitare." I cannot place into words how supurb this song is. Sedaka outdid himself when he wrote this song years ago. Let me say when I heard Clay's rendition for the first time last night, I was speechless for 10 whole minutes, the hairs on the back of my neck were standing up, and I was misty eyed. The only other artist that does that for me, ironically, was Karen Carpender. Clay does just such a supurb job emoting the essense of this song. This in combination of a at least 15 second glory note makes the song worth while. I DEFINATLY recommend this single. If you weren't a fan of Clay Aiken's before listening to this second A side, you will be now.
Free Music Review: Soothing -- Powerful -- Heart Pounding Experience

This is a beautiful CD bringing out many emotions. The sound and comfort of Clay's voice is soothing. The power of his voice brings tears to my eyes and my heart swells with emotion as I listen to the purity and total effort he puts into this CD. When I listen to The Way, I remember my wedding, the birth of my children and the beautiful memories in my life. Clay sings this song with love and the emotion washes over you. With Solitaire, I feel heartbreak and remember my first crush and broken heart. Never in my life have I felt so moved by a singer. I was never really a Beatles or Elvis fan and find myself now at mid-life, overwhelmed with the emotions that this young man -- his voice and the way he leads his life -- brings out in me. I have been to several of his concerts and buy every CD he makes. He brings joy to the lives of many, and buying his CD to listen to his gift and supporting his cause of working with children with disabilities has touched many lives. What a beautiful pairing of songs for the new CD single by Clay Aiken. The A side single, THE WAY, is one of my favorite tracks from Aiken's triple platinum CD MEASURE OF A MAN. It is a sweet, romantic tune about the universal phenomenon of loving someone, but not being able to truly explain your feelings for them in words. The song benefits greatly from Clay's distinctive, passionate delivery and the tender feelings that he evokes with his beautiful voice. The B side, SOLITAIRE, is a vocal masterpiece. The song starts slowly, with the sad, wistful tale of a lost love, then increases in tempo and emotion, finally releasing the heartbreak and pain in an amazing glory note that will give you chills. Aiken is a gift to the music indutry- someone who can actually SING, and who can make you feel the lyrics of the song with all of the passion and feeling that he puts into them. There is no one like him in popular music today, so I am all the more thankful for his presence, and his incredible voice. Thank you, Clay!
