Liz Frasier does not sing in Gaelic,never has.Robin Guthrie is a guitar genius,and sounds NOTHING like The Verve!!If anything,The Verve sounds REMOTELY like them,but only in their sense of atmosphere.Nothing else.This album is the final testament from one of the greatest postpunk bands of the 20th century.While not as satisfying as previous releases,it still manages to be a classic.Great melodies(as usual),atmosphere(as usual) and GORGEOUS vocals(as usual).This band is shoegaze/goth/dream pop/ethereal ground zero.It all starts with The Cocteau twins.This album is a fitting end to a remarkable career.Long live The Cocteau Twins.
