Free Music Notes for In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth: 3

Free Music Review: This is one of the best ablums our there.
Hit: 5 Stars

First: people are right this band shouldn't be on MTV or on TV countdowns cause that's all producer made fake crap (except for a few exceptions...)

Second: This CD has a whole world behind it, which makes it even more interesting. Then the way these musicians are able to respect the old bands out there then turn around and make a sound that is truly beautiful, meaningful, and entertaining. This band is not your emo band people say it is... They have set the standards to modern progressive rock. I also believe that progressive rock is one of the hardest genres to simulate now a days. The bands that don't know how to play their instruments and talk about holding their girlfriends hand and not letting go don't help rock music either.

Third: This band is truly progressing. This is just another step into what should be one of the most respected events to happen to music since the amazing bands such as: Rush, Led Zeppelin, The Who, just to name a few. I suggest to the people that like this music should also check out other progressive band that are underground creating their own uniqueness just as Coheed and Cambria has done.

Fourth: Lastly, Claudio Sanchez has one of the best singing voices that touched a microphone, and he only sings high cause he can. If you think otherwise just go tell him yourself, I'm sure you would be scared to go near him.

Free Music Review: a lovely collection of good and violent music
Hit: 5 Stars

Coheed and Cambria's "In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth: 3" is one of the best albums of the past few years. It features great songwriting, unique singing from Claudio Sanchez (and by the way, what does it matter what the he looks like? He's good at what he does, and I commend him for it), and fantastic playing from the band. The lyrics are very violent when you look at them, especially on the tracks "Three Evils (Embodied in Love and Shadow)" and "Al the Killer", as well as near the end of "The Crowing", but since the CD is such a masterpiece, this doesn't bother me. The best songs on the album are "In Keeping Secrets of SIlent Earth: 3" (great ending), "Cuts Marked in the March of Men" (very catchy), "The Crowing" (great harmony at the end), and "The Light and the Glass". The rest of the songs are great as well, especially the pop-oriented "Blood Red Summer", the catchy single "A Favor House Atlantic", and all three songs in "The Camper Velourium" series. "Three Evils (Embodied in Love and Shadow)" is another good, albeit disturbing song. "The Ring in Return" is merely an intro, and the bonus track "2113" just isn't my taste (although I do like the ending), but that's just my opinion. This is definitely one of the greatest, most original albums I've listened to in quite a while, and I recommend it to anyone who has a CD player and an open mind.

Free Music Review: Coheed's Mission
Hit: 5 Stars

This band is incredible. These guys are all extremely talented, and claudio sanchez' voice is amazing. These guys are on a mission in the name of rock and roll. Here is some information written by them on their website that I believe explains things.

"We are all at the beginning of a story that will be continued on and on until our Rock and Roll has completely recovered from the illnesses of the past. So let this be a message to each and every Indie rockin, straightedge Hard Core representin, hip hop hurrayin, Emo or grind coring personality out there. There is hope. It lies within us. We must respect each other for what we each represent, and continue our journey of rocking the world we are in!"

They go on to say "Label us what you will, whether it be indie rock, emo core, or rock fusion it is all in the name of rock and roll to us, and that is what we are determined to bring you."

" In this time of confusion when so many great bands go unheard, we will continue to work for you the listeners and our fellow artists in trying to give rock back the energy it once had!"

Coheed and Cambria is about so much more than just playing instruments and singing. Listening to them, especially IKSSE3, is an incredible experience. If you are into incredible rock music you need this cd.

Free Music Review: Epic masterpiece
Hit: 5 Stars

In the realm of concept albums and stories told through music, Coheed and Cambria are Kings. They have crafted an awesome and original and inspiring storyline that is told through five albums. A pentology is what they call that. Parts two, three and the first part of four have been released. In keeping secrets of silent earth:3 is the third chapter in their great story of the coming appocalypse. And what a chapter this is! Rife with battles, love, loss and a crazy man in love with his sniper rifle! Musically, this album is top notch, providing heavy and soft passages and wonderful transitions between them. Musically, Coheed and Cambria deliver a solid, rockin album that is sure to infect your head for many moons to come. Lyrically, Coheed and Cambria entrance your soul and will have you humming and singing and deciphering the lyrics forever! The singers voice is high pitched and that turns many people off of Coheed and Cambria. But once you get passed that and accept that fact, you realize that the singer is an amazing and beautiful and talented singer.
In keeping secrets of silent earth:3 there are many gems, many memorable moments and awesome songs that will stain your brain. I'm not going to go into detail of the song names or anything like that, I would just recommend you pick this album up now

Free Music Review: Think about it
Hit: 5 Stars

Do not be so naive that you simply overlook the extraordinary presentation of music in this cd. If somehow you can not tolerate listening to the tracks on the cd, listen to "the crowing", "light and the glass" and the bonus track, which i will not name, and i assure that you will fall in love with the raw beauty found in the seemingly unparallel but somehow fitting progrock style riffs and enigmatic lyrics. However, do not obfuscate what i am saying. Coheed and Cambria is not going to move you like the Jimi Hendrix Experience, and although they sound similar to Rush and seem to be influenced heavily by Rush, they offer their own eccentric and illustious creativity on today's music and to their listener's imagination. So basically-(1) if you are looking for something to be justifiably gradiloquent about...go get a couple of Jimi Hendrix cds (b/c there is no denying Jimi Hendrix's greatness) (2) if you dislike science fiction extravagence, you might find yourself appreciating the bantering riffs and guitar solos instead...the musical genius is sort of bashful in some cases, but when it comes out, it leaves you in awe! (3) in today's music scene you have to be able to appreciate the truly gifted bands such as Coheed and Cambria...there are many great bands out there; there are few in the mainstream media.
