Okay... I have owned this cd for a minute sense the year it was released... but anyway i purchased this cd only knowing a little about co & ca hearing one song off their first cd called "time consumer" and i liked that and also hearing about a show they played localy and that they were good. But i had no idea what i was in for when i bought this cd on a whim after reading an interview with their bassist in one of my bass player mag's. And let me tell ya your not the same after coheed they pull you in and take you over. But at first listen you are not sure sounds pretty good... got a nice epic vibe. By the time you are at the end of what you think is the last track the weird outro thing here they come with what would become to me atleast the very imfomus 2113. and if you know that one song time consumer from second stage and you are familiar with the story you are stunned you dont know what just happend the last 45 mins or hour were a blur and then you feel compelled to put it back in. ITs all over after that my friends. Coheed is a band you cant put in a genre or even try to explain to anyone it inspires you drags you in and you feel awesome. Simply must give it a chance forget about what they say about the vocals or if there emo which they are a farcry from that, you will end up loving the vocals and the amazing beautiful music Coheed and cambria create. The most intreaging music i have ever listened to simply captivating. this album must be purchasedFree Music Review: Best album ever

I bought this album not really knowing what to expect but after I listened to a few times I fell in love with everything about the band. The lyrics are great and I love Claudio's voice. It fits in perfectly with the style of music. This is definitely an album I would recommend to anyone who likes good music.Free Music Review: Amazing. Perfection.

Coheed and Cambria is an amazingly unique and inspiring band. The only reason that they are not played on the radio constantly is because most of their songs are not repetative, and their music is not poppy and crowd pleasing to the standard attention deficit disorder audience. You may have to listen to each song a couple times to truly realize how incredible they all are. To those who make fun of the songs for their strange titles or lyrics, maybe do a little research. The concept albums have a great story to them. All three of their albums are fantastic, with this one being my favorite. Also, the Stardust DVD is one of the best live performances I have ever seen, period. You may not understand how talented Claudio is until you see him play an accoustic version of the song "The Light and The Glass" at the end of the DVD. I am not going to try and classify their music because there is no need. If you like good music, you will like Coheed and Cambria. Buy this album before the rest of the world realizes how good they are.Free Music Review: Emo Kids
