Free Music Notes for The Second Stage Turbine Blade

Free Music Review: Amazing.
Hit: 5 Stars

Coheed and Cambria has to be one of the greatest bands ever exsisted. The band has the talent that I thought would never come back since the 80's. Claudio has a similar voice to Geddy Lee but has more range than he does. If you have never heard the band there is only one song you need to download to know you want to buy the album, "Delerium Trigger". Even though there are other songs that make your pours raise like "Everything evil" and "Neverender". The stucture of Claudio's singing reminds me of Tool but he certainly has a completely different voice. Definately check this band out, you would not be disappointed. BELIEVE ME! Just imagine your very first band you started to listen to and couldn't get enough of. It is going to be exactly like that.

Free Music Review: A breath of fresh air for a stifled music scene.

Thank God for Coheed and Cambria. This is the only band I can think of that can blend infectious pop hooks and elements of progressive rock without coming off as either too radio friendly or too pretentious.
This album in a word, is brilliant. The songs are is equal parts beautiful and bizarre. The lyrics chronical an ongoing sci-fi saga played out over 5 albums. If you enjoy picking apart songs, you will love this album as well as the rest of the bands catalogue.
My best advice to you would be to listen to the clips above. I realize that Coheed and Cambria wont be everyones cup of tea, but If you are looking for a band that is truly unique, I guarantee that you will be mildly intrigued by what this band has to offer.

Free Music Review: One of the most unique sounds to hit the scene
Hit: 5 Stars

Emo meets hardcore meets metal . . . featuring Geddy Lee and Robert Plant's illegitimate son on vocals. That's the best way I can describe the sound of this amazing band. The instrumentation is divine. The vocals are so different you can't help but be intrigued. And the lyrics are great! I don't care what anybody says. Just because they don't spell out every last detail of their message and take away all chances of listener-interpretation doesn't mean they have bad lyrics. More people need to learn how to LISTEN to music, rather than just hear it. Everything about this album is so good, I can't find anyway to break it down any farther than that. You'll just have to believe me. My personal favorite song: Delerium Trigger (#5).

Free Music Review: Awesome
Hit: 5 Stars

In the usual emocore fasion a band such as this would be lumped together with all the others, but there is something about this album that strikes a cord with me. I dont know weather it is the lyrics or what, but I often find my self tracking back after a song has just finished in order to hear it again. The songs on here are great and you will find this cd in your player for a long time. Though I have to admit that at first this cd seemed like a but, a waste of 10 bucks, but it grows on you. You find yourself humming the tune to "God Send Conspirator" and then you just need to listen to the song. They grow on you, and when you really get into them the brilliance takes over. Highly recommended.
