I owned this set for over 30 years! Recently I was attempting to record beautiful music on my iPod, I rediscovered them. I had not played them for five years. If anybody tells you Mozart wrote silly ditties and frivolous music this is the set to throw it at that philistine's head. Musicianship is superlative as well. Outside K.174 all the quintets in this set favorably compares to Beethoven's late quartets.

These are the pieces the Western Civilization beats its chest about. Arthur Grumiaux was a very great Belgian violinist!
