I only have their CSN album from the late '70s; and it is easily one of my best vinyl albums. For some reaons, I did not go back and discovered more of their older music at that time. After so many years I accidentally found this CD here and sampled every song before purchase. Then after receiving this CD I repeatedly listen to it in my car. Their harmony is exceptional and every song on this CD is wonderful. However without listening to their other albums, I still like CSN better as an album. But this is also easily one of my best "greatest hits" CD collection. If you don't have all their albums/songs, buy this and you won't regret.Free Music Review: Excellent update to a greatest hits compliation

If you are a fan of CSN but have been looking for some of their newer songs on a greatest hits cd, then this one is for you. "Wasted on the Way" and "Southern Cross" are two of my favorites and I always missed having them on the same disc as "Suite Judy Blue Eyes" and "Carry On".
I found the audio to be a little strained (even though they say the disc was remastered) and the highs to be a bit bright.
There is no mistaking the great music though, this disc is recommended!

Crosby, Stills, and Nash have long been a favorite of mine, songs stored in the recesses of my mind. This CD took me back to a time that was more carefree and innocent, where song lyrics nearly always had a message, or told a story, and musicians seemed more like next door neighbors than far away icons. I have enjoyed it many times already, and would highly recommend it! Awesome CSN legacy collection!Free Music Review: Folk Rock at its best

America was lucky these three individuals David Crosby of the Byrds, Grahm Nash of the Hollies and Steven Stills formerly of Buffalo Springfield and originally wanted to be one of the monkees crossed paths. If they had not we would not have these great folk compostions to listen to.

Who are these wannabe rock critics? Get your facts right, chaps. The second CSN&Y album was American Dream not American Beauty. And by my count, the Greatest Hits package has three songs from Deja Vu featuring Neil Young.....Our House, Teach Your Children and Carry On.
