Don't listen to the haters. This album and "A Piece of Strange" are essentially all you need from these guys. Their first album had average-to-slightly good production, great flows, but the lyrics were dopey.
"Southernunderground" was really great, but it still had a lot of skippable songs in my opinion. I don't get the huge amount of praise their first 2 albums get...Kno's production gets better and better with every release. This is just a guy who you can clearly tell works on his craft all the time and is constantly trying to reinvent and up his game. The same could be said for Deacon and Natti. A previous reviewer said this isn't the same Cunninlynguists he used to love. Yes...that's what we all want. Four albums of songs like "Thugged Out Since Cub Scouts". That's progressive buddy.
