Free Music Review: mota rica! Hit: 5 Starsblack sunday has to be one of the best albums ever.these guys have been in the hip hop scene since 91,no wonder their stil around today.its not your average rap group because dj muggs drops some smokey beats.if your gonna sample from other artists,do it like dj muggs, his hits from the bong has the beat from dusty springfield's "son of a preacher man" its classic.i remember listening to this album everyday, you know back in the day when rap was still donr for the love of it.anyways, this is cypress hill's best album.get it!
Free Music Review: The Masterpiece... Hit: 5 Stars"Inhale, Exhale, Just got an ounce in the mail...". This is Cypress Hill's masterpiece, every track is strong and they are rapping about what they know best, weed. You can't fade this CD, it was released in 93 and is still in heavy rotation in my cd collection. If you like Cypress Hill you can't afford not to own this album.
Free Music Review: From someone who primarily likes metal..... Hit: 5 StarsThis is indeed good music. I'm not a big rap fan, the few rap acts I can stomach are Dr. Dre, Ice Cube, Snoop Dogg, Cypress Hill and House of Pain. This group really has talent and B-Real can rap right up there with the best of them. We Ain't Going Out Like That is a song that always sticks in my head. I Wanna Get High adds humor, although maybe not on purpose. I guess you can blame the whole KoRn teaming up with Ice Cube thing on the fact that I'm showing some interest in rap music. But I think it is good to have a healthy variety of music types. Otherwise you would go nuts, right?
Free Music Review: CKM's Review of Black Sunday Hit: 5 StarsAlong with their first CD, this is their best work. 3 best songs on the cd are 3 Lil' Putos, Hits From the Bong, and Break'Em Off Some. DJ Muggs outdid himself in the mixing department, and B Real and Sen Dog deliver the goods in the bone chilling lyrics of Break 'Em Off Some. A must for anyone who is sick of today's Puff Daddy inspired brand of Hip Hop. Buy it and I will guarantee it will be one of your favorites.
