Free Music Notes for Devil's Night

Free Music Review: A Cohesive Classic
Hit: 5 Stars

Not to say this is better than the eminem solos, but this is one of the best produced albums I've ever heard. With the exception of Nasty Mind (and perhaps Instigator, which drags after a few listens) every song on this cd is a masterpiece. Granted, maybe Bizzare isn't the dopest lyricist in the world, but he's there for a reason (comic relief) and this is probably the first album in years that doesn't take itself too seriously. Besides, Proof, Kon Artis, Kuniva, and Swifty are some of the best mcs to come out in years, and if they weren't in D-12 (playing the characters they do) they'd be hailed as the best rappers to grace a mic. Besides, these are Em's best beats in his career (peep Devil's Night, or American Psycho), so don't pass up the chance to gag or get in on a gag with some of the most talented rappers in the world.

Free Music Review: One of the best CDs I own.
Hit: 5 Stars

When I first heard the "Purple Hills" promo on the radio, I liked it. Then I heard the real version, "Purple Pills" and I liked it much better. I decided to buy the CD. It turns out that I had just bought one of the best CDs out. Songs like Pimp Like Me, Sh** Can Happen, Pistol Pistol, Fight Music, Girls and Ain't Nothin' But Music have phat beats and clever rhymes. If you like anyone from Eminem to 3rd Bass to Funkmaster Flex to D12 to Wu Tang Clan or St. Lunatics, you have got to get this disc. It's sort of like a big mocha swirl of Eminem's funny rhymes, Dj Clue's phat loops and Outlawz clan raps all thrown together. HOWEVER: If strong language, insults, profanity, suggestive lyrics and such offend you, YOU SHOULD NOT LISTEN TO THIS.

Free Music Review: Almost Perfect
Hit: 5 Stars

I saw a couple people say "too much of D12" in their reviews, well the point is this: It's a D12 cd.... Em is part of D12... I personally thought Em stole a lot of the attention from D12 in the albumn, while I think his parts in the songs are a bit better than the rest of his crew, they still got it goin on. All the songs are pretty much original as far as beats, and no this is not the new Eminem CD, he is working on his 3rd CD now. I think the best song is still Girls, his dis track on Limp Bizkit and Everlast.... All in all, I think it was a great album, my favorite song is Devils Night, and Aint nuttin but music is a close second. I highly recommend this album to anyone who likes Eminem, it was made out of fun and it is fun to listen to.

Free Music Review: Eminem @ his best wiv the added bonus of 5 other rappers!
Hit: 5 Stars

This is basically another Eminem album as you can tel from the "Steve Berman" and Public Service Announcement" skits but you get the other members of D-12- Bizzare, Konartis, Kuniva, Swifty and Proof- as a bonus! This Album has surprisingly good production from eminem himself! Eminem is without a doubt the best member of tha crew the 2nd best rapper is probobly proof, Bizzarre is the craziest member of the group rapping about picking up ... and his grandmother ... his ...

The best tracks are, "Aint nuttin' but music", "American Psycho", "Pimp like me" "Devils night" "Revelation" and the bonus eminem solo track #19 "Girls!" Definatley one of the best albums of the year.

Free Music Review: All you could want in a rap CD...
Hit: 5 Stars

Ive had this cd for a week now and i cant put it down. The first time i heard it i was laughin my ... off. Bizarre's line about eating his girlfriend's miscarried baby had me and a friend nearly in tears the first time we heard it, although some of his rhymes do start to feel a bit tired after the 18th ...related rhyme. Lyrically, Em is in top form, especially on "Girls". Em gets so vicious on Dj Lethal and Fred Durst that I end up feeling sorry for them. All the rappers are worthy. There is no weak link here. They all flow well together and seem to feed off each other. I think that the only skip-worthy songs on here are "Pistol Pistol" and "Dirty Slave". All in all this album is very entertaining, ...hip-hop with some tight MC's and beats.
