This is a perfect relaxing, soothing, recording of the ocean. I own other cheaper recordings and this one is the best, worth every penny. Ocean Surf has no annoying seagulls or music. It just a peaceful sound of calm waves and water. I was having alot of stress & anxiety in my life. I bought this CD based on the reviews from Amazon customers. They were completely correct in saying this IS the CD to get. I am so tired of CD's that have music and animals, this is perfect. I surf. I put this on at night to get into my subconscious. It helps me become one with the ocean. Gave it to my surfing buddies and they say it's helped their surfing too.
