If you want some fun music that won't drive you up a wall, make you feel like you're 2 or send you screaming from a room, this is a great CD! Not your traditional kids music but so much more fun! There's a great variety of musical styles and they are just fun songs to hear over and over. If you've seen his videos on the Disney Channel you'll know what to expect. Dan Zanes has set a milestone for kids music, no more does parents have to be forced to listen to Barney or the Wiggles, (ugh!). With Dan Zanes, parents and kids can both enjoy the great sound and lyrics of classic fables set to a variety of musical beats. This is Dan's latest album, which we really enjoy on car trips or just to crank up while at home. You'll find yourself singing the music on here long after the kids have gone to bed.

We love this CD so much, we had to buy another one for our other car! This is one of our daughter's favorite CDs (the other being another Dan Zanes CD!). We often find ourselves, as parents, listening to this CD even when our daughter is not in the car! The music is fun, uplifting, and brings a smile to our faces. I was so impressed with this CD from beginning to end because it really exposes kids to different music styles. I now catch myself listening to some of the songs even when the kids aren't around. I have this CD in my car stereo now, and I proudly admit that I listen to it regularly, even when my kids are not in the car with me. Dan Zanes does such interesting things with traditional music, I'm grateful that by having children, I was introduced to such a great group of musicians that I enjoy so much for my own entertainment...oh yeah, and my kids like it too.
