We LOVE all of Dan Zanes music in our house. This is music geared for children, but it's not just for children. I love that Dan Zanes has recorded old classics such as "I Love You a Bushel and a Peck" along with spirituals and new works. The songs are intelligently kid-ified, not baby-fied. My son loves music and really likes Dan Zanes. We started with the videos on Disney and the "catch that train" song really got us singing, so we ordered this CD. Now my son sings along with it, dances and jumps around. Dan Zanes really is fun for the family.Free Music Review: Fantastic!!!

I bought this cd together with "house party" for my daughters, they loved them (me too), the cds got us in the mood to later go to a Dan Zanes and Friends concert. Dan Zanes' music is fun and genuine and does not come across as so many recent bands that seem to be trying to cash in on Playhouse Disney and Noggin. He works with lots of guest musicians and the diversity is refreshing.Free Music Review: good for everyone

Some kids music is rather annoying for adults. This album is very enjoyable for everyone. My husband and i like it as much as our kids do. Dan Zanes and They Might Be Giants are some of our favorites.
