We listen to this CD everywhere--in the car, in the kitchen while making dinner, during dinnertime, just before bed. It is truly wonderful, and our 1-year old daughter LOVES it! (In particular, she likes "Down by the Riverside" and "Wild Mountain Thyme" and ANYTHING with Father Goose...) Not annoying, but sweet and great music. Not only is this a fun CD for kids and adults, my fussy 3 month old baby really loves it. There are times when he's fussy and crying and as soon as I put this CD on and the first song starts playing, he immediately stops crying and calms down! He also hates the car and cries whenever we drive anywhere, so I have this CD in the car as well. It has made our car trips much more enjoyable.Free Music Review: Dan Zanes does it again!

Top notch recording of covers and originals. This goes beyond the usual just for kids albums. Dan's NIGHT TIME! (and his most recent FAMILY DANCE & ROCKET SHIP BEACH) is safe for adults to listen to! Our 3 year old is into Wilco Yankee Hotel Foxtrot because he listens to what we listen to. Firefly is his favorite (today). It's a lot of fun! Congratulations Dan!!!Free Music Review: so great!

We love this CD!!! The music is so fun and wholesome while also musically sophisticated. There are so many great instruments and words...fantastic. This CD has been a nice background while pacing with an overtired little one. It is also great sing a long music as well. No need to say much. Others have captured the beauty and value of this CD quite well. Just wanted to throw in another thumbs-up from a family that now owns three Dan Zanes CDs. Niko, our 3-year-old, digs the tunes--almost as much as my wife and I do. This is can't-miss stuff, folks.
